I came here in person following an online order placement for a custom dozen doughnuts. I did not know this place was open 24/7 so this is perfect for night shift workers!! There is plenty of plaza parking and a lot of indoor seating available. I ended up arriving 15 minutes early for my order pickup and they were still able to make my dozen on the spot with warm, fresh doughnuts and also gave me a free glazed doughnut sample! The donuts are soft and fluffy they practically melt in your mouth. The original glazed is a timeless classic you can never go wrong they are so light and airy, it's hard to stop at just one. For Harry Potter fans like my child whose read all the books and is a Hogwartsian, check out the Krispy Kreme House of Hogwarts Harry Potter special edition. They are available only for a few days. We stopped by and picked up a the special edition. The one dozen specialty doughnuts come in the 4 Houses of Hogwarts. They are, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Gryffyndor and Ravenclaw. Not only are they so pretty and designed perfectly, they are also delicious. The 4 Houses of Hogwarts, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Gryffyndor and Ravenclaw come in 4 yummy flavors. Slytherin is chocolate buttercream flavored swirl. Hufflepuff is filled with brown butter toffee flavored custard. Gryffindor is filled with cookie butter flavored kreme while Ravenclaw is blueberry flavored icing with sprinkles. The one dozen collection comes with 2 of each Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Gryffyndor and Ravenclaw and 4 original glazed. We hope to get another dozen this weekend before this magical collaboration and special edition ends. The service here is HORRIBLE. I get that there are train tracks across the street, and I know they can hear it through the intercom. The idiot who works the drive thru got mad because I couldnt hear her bc a cargo train was passing. Been going to this place ever since it opened. Always enjoyed experience until Ingrid the person serving today was not pleasant at all. No smile , and when I was paying with cash she said there is no money for change without even checking her register. She didn't even try to ask her manager first if there is money for change. I said I didn't want to pay with my card and she insisted it's the only way. Besides the two dozen donuts I bought , I used the rewards card to claim my birthday donut. I stopped by on September 29, 2025 (National Coffee Day) and it was my first visit since the remodel. Honestly, it didn't look drastically different, but something about the space felt more open--maybe they cleared out a few things. What really stood out though was the team. Been to this location a few times as it is the closest to me since the Woodland Hills location became an In N Out a few years back. This store is inside a very busy shopping plaza so beware when it comes to traffic and parking but the bright side is they have a drive thru so you don't have to park if that's an issue. Waited in line at the drive thru to find a problem occur with not just our car, but many cars behind us. They turned off the order screen next to the drive-thru speaker, leaving us and other cars to get confused and pass by. We then got to the drive thru window, to which we were asked about our orders there. We felt bad because of it as we initially thought it was our fault but everyone in the group agreed that the screen was off. And after we left the line, we saw other cars doing the same mistake and a staff finally ran outside (the inside dining room was already closed) to fix it!!! We were confused on why it's off because this spot is apparently supposed to be open 24/7. Anyways, they were quick in handing the donuts and unfortunately they all were alright and cold. Another thing to remember with Krispy Kreme is to check out if they turned on the neon signs that say 'Hot and Fresh'. Eating the donuts cold really makes the experience feel subpar unfortunately. I remember the Krispy Kreme craze when it first came to Los Angeles. Lines were insane! Just as insane as In n Out's. The hot and fresh glazed donuts are the best when the sign is lit. Disappointing Experience with Promotion and Customer Service I visited this location on 11/30/25 to purchase 4 dozen donuts for the nursing staff at the psych hospital where I was completing my final clinical rotation. I had seen the promotion for $12/dozen (valid 11/28-11/30) and expected to pay around $48 plus tax. After ordering and paying, I received my receipt and noticed I was charged $91. When I asked Ian at the counter about the discrepancy, he explained the promotion was coupon and app-only. He said he couldn't adjust the price even though I just picked up my order and haven't left, as the transaction was already processed. I understand promotions have terms and conditions, but the amount due wasn't posted. What was most disappointing was the lack of problem-solving or customer service. A simple "let me see what I can do" or offering to process a new order would have made all the difference, especially given the circumstances and the fact that I was still in the drive thru with no other customers behind me. The donuts themselves are always excellent (5/5), but this experience highlighted a gap in customer service training and flexibility. Walk up to the window and walk up those few steps so that you can get a closer look at the donuts as they get glazed. How the glazed donut practically melts in your mouth after that first bite. You can't eat just one glazed donut. There are other flavors to try. They are all so pretty to look at, so admire first before the whole box of donuts are gone. There are quite a few seats inside of the shop in case you want to treat yourself now instead of waiting to get home. The sitting area isn't much to look at, but it's okay. There are drinks to purchase in case you need something to wash down some of that sweetness. Krispy Kreme has their own parking lot. Kind of small, but enough. If you don't want to come into the shop, there's a drive thru. Customer service? I think it could use some improvement.
