Been to this Krispy Kremes location a few times once for a friend that was craving for some and a few other times either for my girlfriend or just me craving some doughnuts from here. When I went to KK it was late, it was actually close to them closing, maybe an hour before. I was surprised they had hot donuts-but also all the varieties of donuts I asked for. I put the donuts in an air tight container, they lasted me a few days and still tasted pretty fresh! Young folks work here, so definitely give them a break. No lines and not much wait time. Order and dine in or grab and go. Place is more spacious than it looks. Has a haphazard vibe and luckily an employee who wasn't helping us offered a free hot donut because our worker didn't even mention it. Intermediate service. Considering I stood there 5 minutes while they serviced other customers and after I said I ordered online 15 minutes ago. The App said my order is ready for pickup. They have a large variety of donut choices here beyond their standard "classic" glazed. The blueberry cake and lemon filled are two personal favorites, and they have unique seasonal and other limited-time flavors too. Their glazed are of the light and airy type, while their cake donuts are a bit denser but still have a pleasantly moist and airy texture. They never have tasted oily or fried though they certainly are a bit on the sweet side. Staff tend to be very friendly (maybe because they are surrounded by donuts all day). I have been coming to this location for years, mainly because my kids love to watch the fresh doughnuts being made. If you are lucky, you might get one right off the belt, their original glazed.. 1 star for service that I observed but 5 star for the gentleman that made it right. It was hectic when I walked in picking up the online order. Awful. I came by here twice within the last week around 8am. For a donut shop that opens at 6am - it's definitely not open. The lobby is closed to the public so it tells you to use to drive thru. And the drive thru says to go inside... really ridiculous. At first I just let it go, maybe it was a one day thing. No. The second time, a car sat in the drive thru line for who knows how long and I rolled up behind them. I have not had one of their donuts for a long time. We have a great local donuts shop and also all grocery store has cheap donuts. I bought a box from them and it was extremely good. They have 3 prices for a box 12.99 for regular 14.99 for selected which is what I bought and 15.99 for special. There are only about 8 special donuts and all have fancy layers of sugar. Made a special stop for my nephews and nieces on Halloween mainly for the Halloween ( monster ) dozen. Got there around 8am and the lines in drive thru and in the store were both long. As expected. So we decided to just go inside. The employees were very organized and had a nice little system goin on that made everything go smoothly. Maybe waited under 10 min. Since it was Halloween and the last Saturday in October. We were able to score a sweet n treat dozen for $1 with the purchase of the Halloween dozen which were so adorable. Now the only reason they got 4 stars is because there really weren't that many choices. Also every donut was glazed or had chocolate on it. I would have loved the option of choosing a plain donut.
