The lady cut of 3 inches of of her hair with an inverted bob. And it wasn't even a good inverted bob. It was a choppy mess! It looked like they cut her hair blind folded! I next went in and I asked for a trim as well. Luckily she only took off a half of an inch but it was an extremely choppy mess as well. And the lady was extremely rude. I will NEVER be going back! Ever!
