Giant waste of money, she didn't even examine my skin type correctly and gave me all the wrong products that completely dehydrated my skin and made everything 10x worse, during the appointment she didn't explain anything and just kept adding useless products and procedures that I never planned for, which added up to the total and made everything cost a FORTUNE, even after we needed to remove a few items, when I just booked a consultation! I never even planned for anything. The chemical peel showed a little bit results but everything got worse than before after I started using the products so then the peel was a waste of money too, and I was extremely scared during it because it was painful and she didn't walk me through anything, she just did it. Don't recommend wasting your money. I did my own research after nothing was working and now I'm starting to fix her damage, including a cut she gave me while shaving my face, unorganized and seemed to me like she lacked knowledge and care. Everything she gave me was either a exfoliate/scrub or a harsh chemical so you can see how she made it worse, every time I used the products is scabbed a pimple and BOOM more acne scars that I'm trying very hard to get rid of, twice and ay I was supposed to use an exfoliating cleanser and every morning another scrub, can't believe I actually thought it would help. I'm a teen with acne and for other teens, please try other things before procedures, and trust derms more, I regret everything. read more
