But, the experience doesn't stop there! What a beautiful office! Everything is so clean and comfortable. Speaking of comfortable, they have a comfort menu! What?! They take customer service to an entirely different level! The doctors are both phenomenal, personable, kind, caring, and funny! The assistants are amazing and you can tell they truly care about you. I don't even know where to start with their amazing hygienists! They don't "just clean teeth" they are so much more! In January of this year, I went in with a toothache. After examination, I was told I had several…read morecavities. I consented to having the decayed teeth removed and replaced. I was told it would take all $1300 of my insurance, plus $2800 to complete the work. I was offered financing for the extra, then I would need to pay another $1900 out of pocket for the dentures. Later in January I became ill and could not keep my appointments. I had serious surgery in May, and was hospitalized for 10 days followed by 21 day in rehab. After being released by my surgeon, I contacted Aspen for a appointment. I was told I needed a consultation I went in and was told I needed to pay an additional 1900 before zi could be fitted for the bridges. I am out of over $3000 and still no bridges. I am 83 years old and on a fixed income It's extremely hard to eat, and smiling is out of the question. What are my recourses? Are there any honest dentist who works with geriatric patients?

This time Dr.Krempa took care of it. And promptly charged me again!!! When I complained to Dr.Krempa, he basically said, "Too bad." I found Krempa to be an arrogant prick and I can't warn you enough not to go to him. He obviously does not stand behind his own office's work. While the staff was very nice, you could sense they were walking on eggshells working for this guy. You could feel the tension. Avoid this dentist at all costs. However, Dr…read more Grantham found a crack in one of my teeth and was really concerned about some upcoming orthopedic surgery I had planned. He said my cracked tooth would keep me from being ready for my hip replacement due to the risk of infection, etc. So he quickly made an early morning appointment for me for just a few days later. He extracted the tooth and I didn't feel anything! I never was sore or swollen. Of course, my face was numb for a few hours but other than that I had no problems whatsoever. He did a great job. I have used him for many years and will stick with him forever as long as he practices. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff. They are superb.

But I did notice a project print in the corner where they will be building and moving to a new building. I've never used this dentist but my husband had a tooth he needed pulled. We sat and watched Matlock while we waited for his medicine to kick in. Free coffee and waters were available in the lobby. A lot of dentists will refuse to pull them and send you to an oral surgeon but Grantham did a great job. The staff is what really won me over. They were kind, caring and in a great mood. You just couldn't talk to them without smiling. Dr. Grantham took great care of my husband and gave incredible instructions on how to care for him. They even sent us home with a little care package with gauze and chicken noodle soup. The Gatorade they gave my husband after his sedation was "the best Gatorade he ever had." It was a new flavor, Intense Blue Cherry and I couldn't find it anywhere. I called the office and the sweet nurses told me exactly where I could buy it. I HIGHLY recommend this office and will definitely be returning.
