We thought that CBW would be a great place to board them they have cameras so that I could view the babies while we were separate; I never seen them out in the socializing Area. I called and I was told it was no problem I also was concerned about my 17 year old baby that was confused outside in the urine section from my Visual viewing point The two large babies Came home of evidence of not being out of a cage there was feces and urine all over their beds you and I know that dogs don't urinate and poop on their beds!(unless they're real or newborns) The little dog that was stuck in the Jireh section was dripping with urine when I picked her up I wrapped her in my sweater. I have a couple of pictures and videos to show that they weren't receiving the proper amount of food or getting their dental chews the ask for itemize list of times of eating meds etc. I sent that with photos on it. I am very organized anal about my dogs, so there was enough food for the amount of days that they were due to be there and also for two extra days In case of emergency! I was shocked when i picked him up, as i asked for a privacy cut, not a full shave. They cut all of his beautiful feathers and his mane off of him IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WINTER. And it's not even cut even or good at all, it looks like they were blindfolded the whole time they were cutting him. This is not the first time they have cut all of his feathers off, but it is the first time they have cut his mane. We did not tell them to do this as springers aren't supposed to be cut this way, but they don't care. They have probably ruined my dogs coat as it will grow back differently because he is older now and won't grow it back the same. We are furious and will never be coming back here EVER!
