I've stopped in a…read morecouple of times on Colorado road trips and there are some real treasures that make the store a great place to browse. On my most recent visit, I bought a painting and needed it shipped to Seattle. Sharon took down my info and said she'd make the arrangements with a local shipping company. When she investigated, she felt the price was too high so she created your own packaging and took my purchase to a spot in Denver (the next time she headed there), arranging for it to be shipped at one-third the original quote. So above and beyond! What's more, when I called to make the final payment arrangements, I immediately recognized Sharon's friendly voice from when I was in the store. It's because of Sharon that my partner commented, then and now, "I love Coloradans!" Yes, she's excellent PR for the entire state. Worth a visit. It's going to be a regular stop for me whenever I'm passing through.

The aesthetic is on point and everything is carefully curated - love the selection of cards they have, as well as food items and health/beauty/random gifts. Their hours are also nice - we were looking for coffee after skiing all day and was nice they were still open at 4PM to grab a coffee. The latte as always was excellent and my friend liked her cappuccino as well!

The staff are friendly and welcoming and are knowledgeable about the coffee they sell. We tried the Iced Nitro coffee, Ice flash coffee, Golden Milk and Santo Palo latte. All the drinks were excellent. We especially liked the Nitro and Flash brewed coffee. The profile was rich, full body and balanced; very refreshing and drinkable. The Nitro was, of course, a bolder, richer flavor of the two. They were some of the best iced coffees I've tasted. The shop offers many varieties of whole bean, single origin and blended coffees from Corvus Rosters; which they will gladly grind for you. They also have lots of specialty food, body products, and gift items for sale along with a vinyl record section. For excellent coffee, friendly service and a nice shop to browse while waiting for your drinks, Howl Mercantile is awesome. They also have a few tables indoors and outside.

We walked in just to check out the pieces that was on the wall. We thought it was just for sale but shortly after realized we could make our own. Kim was incredible. We happily left with our 5 pieces. Kim allowed us to be creative with our own vision. She was super knowledgeable and you can see that she herself is a true artist. Riveting experience jewelry is truly hidden gem. We would highly recommend.
