I have been a faithful walmart customer for online pickup for years.....until I mo ed to blytheville ar and tried kroger online pickup, haven't been back to walmart since. Thanks blytheville ladies yall are truly the best!!!!! read more

The store employee in a red vest Sandra deleted a $5.00 digital coupon from my phone when she said she was trying to help. The store "front end manager" was unwilling to help when I went back to kroger after seeing the coupon was gone. Do not trust the employees at Kroger! read more

I needed 100 pieces of fried chicken for a "Celebration of Life" for a family member and was unable to get any location in the Memphis Area (where I live) to fulfill my request as all too busy with other orders. I needed to pick up this order the next day. A call to the Blytheville store and a conversation with Jasmine in the Deli area and I remembered what is so special about small towns. She was quick to say "YES" we can do this for you! I arrived at the store the next day and my chicken was in the fryer. I met Jasmine too! HOT, FRESH and READY on time! The interior and exterior lighting is creepy and gloomy. It appeared clean and well stocked. Prices are significantly higher than other locations. Cashier did not speak or smile or thank me for shopping. No customer service. read more

This isn't one of the big, fancy stores, but it still puts most grocery stores to shame. It's clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I went with my mom to pick up a few things for Christmas dinner. I forgot how much I love Kroger. I found a good selection of real BBQ sauces and rubs and picked up some to take back to lower Alabama. I picked up a few things of Panchos cheese dip for my hubby because we can't get that at home either. My mom and I bought groceries for Christmas dinner and I'm estimating it totaled at least $40 less than it would at home, and don't forget those fuel points. I really miss Kroger! read more

All the employees were wearing masks except one. Machella in the deli. I've never seen her wear a mask. Grosses me out that she is breathing covid all over the food. Kudos to the other employees. read more

Oh geeze. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Wal-Mart, even Hay's. This place is rundown, full of a mixture of apathetic teenagers and listless adult employees who would much rather be checking their smartphones than doing anything productive. Without foodstamps this store would die. read more
