This tiny little Kroger Store does not stock things like the other Krogers do. They seem to keep the shelfs stocked but they do not have a very good variety. Their Salad Dressings & Sauce Isle is pitiful compared with other Krogers. The Meat Dept. have the same basic cuts every day. If you want something different then you will have to go else where. They do not carry fresh Fish or Seafood, it's mostly Frozen. The worst experience & most people will tell you is waiting to " RING OUT " because they never have enough Cashiers. People are backed up in the Food Isles & waiting sometimes for 45 minutes to ring out. Customers will Huff & Puff & Blow but never complain & thats the problem is Management. This is the absolute worst service I have ever seen in a Grocery. Kroger is the largest Food Store in the USA & if people don't complain & ask them to build a bigger one, thats the Customers fault. Put your money where your mouth is......then they will listen. If not then STOP Complaining in the Isles & tell the MANAGER! read more

If you're in a hurry I'd recommend finding another place to shop! This store consistently has lines of people backed up to check out and only one or two lanes open at any given time! They have multiple employees running through the store doing pick up orders and blocking the narrow isles with there huge buggies but nobody to work registers. They have some very friendly employees but just as many with terrible attitudes. They will also sell you a pound of lunch meat but fail to inform you that it will expire in two days! Poor management is running this store in the ground! We will do the majority of our grocery shopping at Wal Mart from now on! (Not that there any better but that's a different review) read more

Clean, helpful staff and customer service. Pharmacy quick to fill perscriptions. Staff very good in stocking speciality items like vegetarian options, or other special diet items. Not open 24 hours. Very busy during the summer months as tourists visiting Lake Cumberland. read more
