They came out to tell us the part they installed was bad and charged us for this 2nd visit ..then when they didn't have the part (still under warranty) on them and it would be about 2 weeks to get it they told us they would be charging us for a 3rd visit then when they came back to install it (all stemming from our original complaint). When we tried to work this out with them they weren't willing to meet in the middle on anything. So they got over $200 and we still don't have a fully working water heater. They say they are committed to providing excellent service and 1st time resolution..don't be fooled.

I Highly recommend you call The Doctor anytime you have a problem with your furnace and he will figure it out fast and efficiently. Stop using these companies that just want to take your money and not solve your problem. I was told I needed a new furnace that's originally why I called to get quoted a price on a furnace Air Serv quoted me $8,900 which is ridiculous for a mobile home. His quote made sense he said around $4,200. But I ended up not even needing a new furnace. Wish I would have called in way back in November when my problem first occurred it would have saved me a lot of stress and a whole lot of money. Don't Be a Fool and get ripped off instead Call Doctor Heating & Refrigeration.

Jer called a few times about this estimate and eventually revised it. I did not accept Jer's bid. I ultimately went with a different service provider. When Jer learned I was not going with him, he offered me $100 for a copy of the quote I accepted, as well as photos of the finished work. I did not immediately agree to this, as it was very off-putting. Jer then threatened to have his lawyer call me, and was extremely unprofessional over the phone, using profanities, threatening to sue me and attempting to intimidate me. I am very glad I did not choose Jer.

When you get an estimate with no breakdown where this total price is coming from and are just told a an amount with tax. That is not a trusting estimate.
