(Actually, I think it is a blend of Turkish and Italian) My favorite - and a must try - the Kebab pizza. It brings together the perfect blend of kebab meat topped with spicy yogurt sauce along with some onion. Also high on the list is the Tomaso: tomato, cheese, ham and shrimp. Last but not least, you might try my husband's favorite, the Disco pizza, which has meat sauce, tomato, ham and cheese. Regardless of your choice, Valentino won't disappoint. The ingredients are super fresh, and always perfectly distributed on the pizza. The crust is thin, fully cooked but also a little soft - perfection! One of the things I really appreciate and respect about Valentino is that no matter what time of day or night you visit (and we've certainly been at all times), the staff keep busy cleaning, restocking, etc. I have never walked in and seen employees standing around. The restaurant, while small, is always very clean, and the staff are focused on what they are doing. LOVE Valentino!

As we left Sweden and returned to Seattle, I asked our adult kids what restaurants had the best food in Sweden. This Indian gem was everyone's favorite. Our youngest went for the safe choice, Butter Chicken. our oldest who is a pescatarian opted for the sizzling shrimp. My husband went for the heat with the Madras. I was tempted by the chef's Uttarakhand Chicken. One of the best Indian meals I have tried. So from now on, according to our family as we visit family in Sweden - we will make sure to add this stop to our trip!
