Called to request (with POA on file) help to reconcile payments for my 99 year old father (KRW Law client) with dementia. Was treated disrespectfully and told I would have to do it myself, it was too much trouble for them to do it. They are being very well compensated but wouldn't allow me to explain why I couldn't do what was needed. The representative was rude, disrespectful, and hung up on me. This company seems very bogus when it comes to asbestos claims. They've supposedly been working on my claim for 3 yrs. They've diagnosed me with a serious lung condition due to asbestos. Every time I call, they tell me either someone will call me back within 72hrs or that they are waiting on the trust company to get back with them. KRW never calls, email or text back with an update. I feel neglected by them. They've raked in billions of dollars off diagnosing people with different diseases related to asbestos. The way they rush to get you in there, then ignore you after they've diagnose you seems like a bogus operation they have going on. It's ridiculous and a shame how they've neglected their clients. read more

Treat individuals due asbestos payment ss none existent whil they treat asbestos funds set aside for their clients as their personal piggy banks, or some type of windfall for them. I suggest applying on your own, after all, the fun have already been earmarked for the individuals suffering! They will take nearly every dime of your money every time they file a claim, and they will keep most of that money. The issuers of those funds need to look very carefully into this, because the only ones benefiting from this are the greedy lawyers, not the people the funds were intended to help! read more

i worked at a shipyard and 3 nuke plants in the field inspecting fire protection hangers, etc. for just under 5 years. I started out as a pipefitter and was promoted to construction engineer. I was informed by the KRW's staff that X-rays revealed scarring in my lungs, and that I have a160% or more of a chance of getting mesothelioma than others who haven't been exposed to asbestos. So far the three payments I received that began in Feb, 2025, five months ago, totaled to under $100. Oh, and I am a woman. read more

The reason I don't recommend them is that I'm still paying administrative fees for the asbestos. I have been waiting 3 years to get my first check and when I started getting on there being as little as 5 and $10 maybe as much as 20 but that's it. In 3 years I have not even gotten $100 and I already signed about a dozen or more reviews or releases. The lawyers are getting it all they going to get their administrative fee until they hit a 1900 at this point I've only paid $400 so I have a long ways to go before they get their 1900 so in other words I'm not going to get nothing. One waste of time dealing with them. read more

When asbestos clients get money they need to only take attorneys fees. Instead they take there fee plus they add extra cost fees and the client ends up with only 10% of the $900 dollars that was issued. read more

My settlement check was $2,029.81 Gross Payment $2,029.81 Attorney Fee$811.92 Expenses $913.42 Credits $0 Recovery Paid to Client $304.47 I did not received an itemized expense list, and of course when I called, I reached the call center which said that they will take a message. Its easy to get sign your contract and talk to someone initially, but after they send you the rip-off check, you will never speak to anyone again. read more
