Absolutely unacceptable experience. My boyfriend and I drove 35 minutes to this location just after midnight because I was seriously craving it. We waited at the drive-thru speaker for over 10 minutes with no response -- not even an acknowledgment. So we pulled up to the window, thinking maybe something was wrong. What we got instead was the most unprofessional and rude interaction I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The woman working the window was heavy-set, dark-skinned, with very short hair -- and from the second she opened the window, her attitude was aggressive, dismissive, and absolutely unacceptable. She acted like we were bothering her just by existing, let alone trying to order food. We immediately decided not to place an order because her demeanor gave us zero trust in the quality or safety of the food. I'm not going to risk eating something prepared by someone who clearly doesn't care about customer service or basic decency. If this is the kind of person being put on the front line to represent your business, it says a lot about your management and hiring standards. Don't go to this Krystal's if you are hungry or in a hurry. I waited for 15 minutes for my food and it never came out. They didn't start making the tater tots I ordered until I complained. While the manager gave me a refund, that really doesn't help. I would have rather not have wasted my time and limited lunch break. This a typical fast food joint. Mini cheese burgers were warm and fresh, large cut fries were hot and right out of the fryer. The counter lady was not the friendliest and definitely did not want to be at work. All in all a decent place to grab a bite to eat. read more

Came to this location , started ordering and then got cut off with a "Hold on give me a second". I couldn't order the amount of Krystal's I wanted because none were ready. I didn't complain due to it being early. One associate was outside talking instead of helping the one associate inside doing multiple task. To top it off. I couldn't get my food because they didn't have tap pay. But the cashier expected me to give her my card numbers , pin and security code to enter into the computer. No way! I won't be back. Made burgers wrong. We asked for no onions so we asked if they could remake them and when we looked over the worker just scraped the onions of with their hands instead of cleaning the grill and remaking them. Also especially considering we TOLD THEM that we have a allergy to onions and they decided to just scrap it off with their hands. So we asked for a refund and they started to argue with us about how they cannot issue a refund and that worker was named Becky and the other worker who used her hands to scrap onions off a burger for someone with an allergy took her name tag off, she had red hair older woman with brown hazel eyes. Then when we asked to speak to manger for getting a simple refund they said they couldn't get intouch with them due to them sleeping?? And asked for a company number and no one could give one which is a complete lie. This business will get shut down if they do not hire better employees and mangers aswell go under more safety and FDA regulations classes and customer service training. This is the letter I just sent to their corporate office. I rarely indulge in Krystals but, when I do, I look forward to it. Imagine my shock, horror, and disgust to bit into a double cheeseburger and pull out a large wad of hair. I am gagging right now just thinking about it. You should be as disgusted and as horrified as I am. I am sharing this with everyone I know just to ensure that at some point, some management person may give a damn and find out what is going wrong here. You have lost yet another customer for life. Krystal's is like the White Castle of the south. They offer sliders in beef, chicken, and fish as well serving other typical fast food type items. I had the beef and chicken sliders, they are very good and not expensive. They do have a nice flavor to them and are worth the few bucks they cost for a few of them. I'd say these can be a meal or a quick snack to tide you over in between meals. They have a pretty decent sized menu so thumbs up for this fast food chain for being a quality stop. read more

Very disappointing. The woman working the drive through was rushing through taking our order and didn't hear that we had ordered chili cheese fries instead of regular. After telling her about her mistake she said we'd have to go around and order them. On top of that we ordered large drinks and got small. And sadly the Guy in front of us also had his order messed up he immediately parked and tried to get their attention. Food was mediocre at best. They really need to work on their costumer service. Just one visit last year is all I needed. Slow, got the order wrong, food not as good as Krystal should be, and the best part : they had a sign on the counter instructing staff to not eat customers' leftover food. What does it say when you have to tell your staff that? read more

The fries are average. Chicken sliders a tad above average. The burger was below average. The bun looked like the burger when I separated it. The food is cheap and affordable so if you need cheap food it's not bad. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was disgusting from the bathroom to the inch of dust on top of the register. The employees just stood around being LAZY looking at people who were waiting to order... I walked out. If there was a zero star option I would press it. I went through the drive thru and it took over 25 minutes just to get to the window, there were only 2 cars in front of me by the way, and after I got to the window it took another ten minutes for me to even get my food that was lukewarm. The man in front of me even decided to get out of his car to give the workers a piece of his mind I think they should just fire the whole crew. Instead of there I'm now taking my business to Wendy's across the street because they have ten times as good service, warm food, and for way cheaper. read more

Went in this location to order something to eat stood in the line for several minutes without anyone coming to the counter to take my order when we told them never mind they laughed. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Left there and went to Taco Bell where the service is 100 times better. Will not be back to this Krystals location again. read more

I am traveling, from Louisiana- we don't have a Krystal burger in the ENTIRE state.. That being said I was super excited to see the sign for Krystal however I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes with out a answer it is 6:30 pm on a Saturday. So I drive around and see workers and one customer leave the building. So I drove around to wait one more time and this time I waited for 15 minutes with no reply. As I pull back up to the front I am greet by a angry customer I asked if they were open and she said yes they are but I wouldn't go in there if I were you! She said she waited about forty minutes for her food and got everything wrong and wouldn't give her a refund- then she left. despite everything I had experienced so far I was determined to get me a Krystal burger.. I decided to go inside which was probably a bad idea being that the parking lot was empty and the inside was just as barren. We go to place our order and the employees looked half dead- when we placed our order the employees had a awful attitude. We waited for another 20 minutes for our food- we were the only people in the restaurant. While we were waiting for our order l, one of the employees lifted her shirt and began to scratch her breast and didn't wash her hands after wards. Who ever owns this place needs new management and better employees. I love Krystal burger- but from this experience will rethink ever stopping again at any Krystal in the future. read more

The food is usually ok but the service is always horrible. They had a sign showing that if you buy a gift card that you will get a 5 meal for free. I asked the shift leader about and she had no idea how to do the transaction. So she calls her manager, the cards are locked up in the safe and since the manager is at home I'd have to wait till the manager got there to take advantage of that deal. Obviously I wasn't willing to wait 15 minutes (the time they told me). No offer to make things right or some other way to make the customer happy. read more

Very slow. The girl at the register didn't seem interested in seeing to the line that was forming in front of her. After 20 minutes waiting to place our order we then waited another 20 minutes at our greasy table for our food to be done. Then my chicken had bits of gristle that had to be spit out.
