I highly recommend Nikki and her team at Krystal Clear. We've been located at our address for 7+ years now and a TON of junk had accumulated, and general grime and dirtiness. I performed a few searches for a cleaning service in South Jersey and decided on Krystal Clear. Nikki and her team were extremely thorough, in a house that quite frankly was probably overwhelming thanks to our negligence. Windows, vents, carpeting, and counters are now sparkling like they haven't been in years. They were very kind and accommodating. After 7-8 hours, our house has been invigorated. I'd encourage anyone in a similar situation to use this service! We'd love to keep it going on a recurring basis now. It will make you feel better about everything! read more

I called Krystal Clear & I explained in details what I needed. I have a rental house & the renter were evicted. The house was in very bad shape. Upon arrival to the home, the owner stated that it was a bigger job than expected & they would need to charge me more which was okay & they accepted the job. It took them several visits and when they claimed to be finished, I took over 20 pictures of areas not cleaned. I called to complaint & owner returned to finished cleaning. After the last visit, I went around & found so many areas left not cleaned but I honestly just wanted to be done with them. The floors are filthy, the kitchen cabinets are sticky, the stove continues to be dirty, window sill left with dust & spider webs. Owner is nice but the job was not done to my satisfaction. Nikki & her crew are the best!!....A very fair and affordable bargain for an exceptional service. They have access to my place when I'm not home and I've never had any issues with her or her crew. Polite and friendly with every visit that I am there. Everything is done with detail. The bed is made, clutter organized, and everything is fully cleaned. Every time I return everything is secure including most importantly...my cat! Her work and team make my life easier without breaking my pockets. I look forward to her visit every 2 weeks!!! Nikki is the best! We had work done on our home and we had her in to do a deep post construction clean and she and her team did a fantastic job. My husband needed to drop some stuff off since we were moving back in the next day and he said he'd never seen anyone working harder. Our carpets were a hot mess and she got them almost spotless. We also had her clean the house where we'd been quarantining while our house was worked on and she did an amazing job there as well. The owner of that house is EXTREMELY picky about cleanliness, organization, and detail and she was impressed. Given how critical I know she is, that's saying something. We appreciate the dedication and attention to detail so much that we've decided to have Nikki regularly help us out. Also to be noted - during these insane times Nikki distanced from us and wore a mask during all interactions. Nikki and her crew are awesome! I have chronic back issues and my home was in such a bad state. But these wonderful folks brought it back to life snd beauty! My floors haven't looked this good in ages! But everything really! Everywhere I go is amother"wow" moment! Wow the stove looks brand new etc etc!
