I reached out right after and was first offered a different service I didn't even want. They eventually offered a free correction, but when I followed up to book it, they suddenly said they couldn't do it anymore. I was told to come back two weeks later, which would've been unsafe for my lashes due to overprocessing. Overall super unprofessional wouldn't recommend. I'm usually last minute and they always do their best to squeeze me in. They had a promotional price when I first started going which changed after a few months, but it was not a major deal. My lashes are always to my liking, I usually have to ask for more lashes as I like a fuller look but I'm always met with corporation. If I feel like overnight or after a few days too many lashes have fallen off, I'm always told that I can come right in to fix the problem. The shop is quite far from me but I get great quality lashes that it is not a major deal. Overall, I definitely recommend ideal lash.
