Ever since, I have had email communication with the office to get the vacation certificates replaced or refunded. I have let them know my preference is replacement. After several emails, Renee referred me to Mark and Mark back to Renee, and, in the meantime, nothing has been resolved. This was the best accidental find after re-locating to the Vegas Valley. I could not believe the deals available through the Radio Shopping Show. I could not believe that we were able to enjoy shows, and restaurants that I would not have known about had I not found this station. I signed up for a kshp account. I was supposed to receive a keytag. When I did not receive one, I wrote an email about it to mail@kshp.com. I received a reply saying that they will send me the keytag. After a couple of weeks passed and I still did not receive the keytag. I wrote again, but no response from the business. Terrible customer service. I called 3 times because I didn't get my certificate and finally had to visit the office. At that time, I was told that they wouldn't issue the certificates because my daughter and I had the same last name even though we live at different addresses. They were supposed to credit me back the amount I paid. Gee, you would think they could have told me that when I signed up over a week ago! To date still no credit on my card.
