Kevin helped me diagnose a problem with an outdoor outlet that was overwhelmed by something I had plugged into it. He went out of his way to help me understand the problem, being patient with my questions and sharing his knowledge. Yelp to the rescue again! I am happy to be writing an electrically super-charged, 5 Star review for this outstanding local business! My dilemma was the lack of an outside electrical outlet in my backyard where I wanted to add ornamental lighting. And not having a clue if it was even possible because of stucco siding. I mentioned my intentions to several friends. Both independently said it could be very expensive to do and probably not worth it. Perhaps $500 or more. I could not let go of my desire for decorative night-time lighting so after reading and reading Yelp reviews, I came upon KSR Electric and decided with all the positive reviews I had nothing to lose by making a call and getting an estimate. Good electricians are in demand. And Kevin, KSR business owner, is no exception. He called and quoted me $190 for the work I wanted. I was thrilled. Glad I did not listen to my friends:). Kevin scheduled the job for two weeks out. I was so excited! Today Kevin installed the outlet. He went right to work and had the job finished in an hour or so. He was always masked and with booties when he had to enter the house! Cleaned up the outside and inside areas where he worked. Polite as could be and great sense of humor.
