Awhile ago I left a lesser review as I was disappointed to see staff on their phones a lot and not paying attention, helping or instructing the kids. I definitely see improvement in all areas in the past few months. From the time it opened the staff has always been kind and friendly and go out of their way to make us feel like we belong and always have remembered our names. They do get very busy on the weekends so I understand how hard it can be to have everything too too- be patient people. -- maybe some paper towels and spray cleaners available at the counters would be helpful. Al in all this is our favorite place to be- kids play and I can get tons of work done with computer and charging outlets everywhere. Thanks for doing a great job!! read more

If your kid is under 10, prepare for them to get absolutely bulldozed by the older kids -- even in the so-called "toddler zone" (which is apparently toddler-friendly the same way a mosh pit is grandma-friendly). Jaylynn (the manager/owner?/bad-attitude-enthusiast) greeted guests with the warmth of a DMV worker on their last day. Her vibe was so aggressive you could practically taste the hostility. It's clearly contagious too, because Ava at the front desk checked us in like we were an inconvenience to her and her great-great grandchildren. Bonus: you'll spend about 30 minutes getting a wristband -- and that's without a line. This place could be great... if it were managed by literally anyone else. read more

I wouldn't recommend paying for a party package. It's expensive and not a good value. $270 for 8 guests for 2 hours. Doesn't include jump socks and you're assigned one table in a room with 4 tables. There was another party at another table. I couldn't imagine all 4 tables full at the same time. It was crazy loud with just about 15 people in there. We didn't have our own garbage can, plus there were little flies everywhere. The pizza is terrible and a pitcher of tap water included. I'd suggest just paying for your guests and not doing a table. I'm not sure what exactly we were supposed to tip on, as the only service was bringing out the pizza and the plates and cups being set on the table. Not worth 20% on $270. The place itself is cool and fun. The trapeze was only open for about 10-15 minutes. It should be open non stop for how popular it is. read more

I have never experienced such a disrespectful interaction from the OWNER to the customers. My parents decided to bring our whole family (20+ people) to KTR to celebrate my dad's 65th birthday. They made a reservation months ago and were promised a few things for the event. When we showed up yesterday for the party, Ava (at the front desk) couldn't find the reservation and was so disrespectful when sorting it out with my parents. I was shocked a teenager would act this way. Plus, it took her 25 minutes to check in our group (pay, wristbands, socks) and we had all previously signed the waiver. She was so disorganized and it cut into our play time (she wouldn't reprint our wristbands with a new time stamp). KTR didn't honor the pricing package they previously promised my parents (plus didn't have a party room ready or let us bring in cupcakes, as was previously promised). So Jaylynn, the manager and owner, came out to the lobby to sort it out (that's what I thought was going to happen at least. Jaylynn (manager & owner) was so hostile and condescending. I've never witnessed such a rude interaction. My jaw literally hit the floor as I watched the conversation take place. In front of everyone too! Actually, it wasn't even a conversation - Jaylynn (manager & owner) one sidedly talked down to my parents and wasn't willing to listen to their side and sort out the situation. She literally said "well I hope you never come back here again." Read and listen to the other comments!!! So many other families have had terrible interactions with Jaylynn, the manager/owner. This is not the environment we should be spending time in. Jaylynn and Ava set a terrible tone for our party and I hope others will be cautious in playing and booking parties here. read more

I bought a Groupon for 2 passes. The Groupon didn't specify which location. (See screen shot). And when I went to use it in AZ, they didn't honor it. I called the Utah location and the GM was extremely rude to me. She said they don't control Groupon and can't do anything about it. She said "maybe if you read the writing on the Groupon you wouldn't have bought the wrong one". It only says KTR. read more

My nephews had a blast celebrating their birthday here. In fact, they had so much fun that they didn't even want to go home afterwards, lol. Their playing areas were clean, but their party room needs be wiped down, swept, and mopped better. (Thankfully, I was able to re-clean it before our guests arrived!) Another complaint I have was that the pizza they served us (that came with our party package) tasted like freezer burn:/ Their credit card machine was also acting up, which was super frustrating. This place is SO much fun!! We had a blast for date night (my son and I). The staff was helpful, kind and friendly. Luckily, we went on an evening where it wasn't crowded. The new not thing I would recommend is, bring your own first aid kit. They have bandaids, but that's pretty much it. read more

This was our second time having my son's birthday parties here. $24 gets you two hours of all the jumping and playing you want in the fairly big space. It's off fort union next to Walmart in that shopping center. Plenty of parking. Anyway you can rent a room which we did the first time which is nice and private but this time we reserved a bench outside and it was nicely set up for us. They have delicious pizza at a fair price and other food items you can get along with drinks. At the end everything adds up so it's not cheap but my son loves it and chose this place to have his birthday party so of course we obliged. The staff is very nice especially the manager. Lose a star because for how much staff they have they should put some kind of supervision out in certain areas like dodgeball so big kids don't run the little ones off or hurt them. We chose to visit KTR, for the first time, on a Sunday and I am thinking it was probably the best decision. We arrived right as they opened at 10 and did not have any issues with getting tickets or getting in, but based upon their size, I honestly don't think they have many times where they are at capacity right now. Walking in we noticed that they have thermometers attached to the wall for temp checks, although they did not ask or require us to use them. The space has a lot of different activities and is nicely broken up into the specific activity (trampolines, parkour, zip line, skate park, etc.) There is also a large area, with tables, that you can easily see the majority of the facility and keep an eye on your children. The skate park area seemed to be the most popular and had a lot of people coming and going from it. I paid for two half day admissions, which I thought was a bit steep in price, and grip socks. They do require the grip socks, which I didn't even think about and didn't see on their website that they call it out. I used the restrooms and although they weren't horrible I think that they could have been cleaner, especially with COVID happening. They have air dryers vs. paper towels and the air dryers looked like they haven't been cleaned/wiped down for some time. Overall it was fun for my son as a birthday treat, but i wouldn't pay the price to go there for just a weekend activity. If I lived closer then a membership might be with the price, but for us I think we will reserve it for special occasions. read more

A very fun place for any age! They have a toddler area as well as others more advanced areas. This place is a lot of fun! It looked very clean and the AC was nice. We were for a birthday party and enjoyed a few hours of playing and eating. The pizza was ok. Will definitely coming back! read more

We had a wonderful birthday here this past spring. We also love popping in for the occasional afternoon to burn off my children's energy! The staff are always polite and there's so much to do no matter what your age is! Currently, they have toddler time in the morning. I also noticed recently that you could can back the next day for half off. My only complaint is the monthly subscription is a little expensive, but that's about it. read more

Didn't look like much from the outside but it's got a skatepark, dodgeball, trapeze, tons of fun obstacle courses, toddler zone, trampolines etc etc etc. my kids payed for 4 hours non stop and I got to kick back and have a slice of pizza and relax. Zero attention is paid to the customer, and the multiple kids are obviously waiting for it to open. When we were finally able to track down an employee, they said it would open in 15 minutes, but it never did. 2 employees continued just jumping on the trampoline. Not worth the price if some of the items are closed for no reason other than staff not willing to work that activity. read more

We took our 3 year old grandson to "Toddler tim" from 10-noon on a Wednesday Ffor one adult and one child it was only 14 dollars! Wear grippy socks (rubber on bottom to climb better and not slip) they have pairs for sale if you forget yours. We brought our own snacks and drinks. They are also available if you want to purchase. DO NOT waste your money on a private room. The "host" was a very nice person but useless. Tables were sticky, room was not stocked and after I placed a food order for my party, all staff disappeared into back rooms and/or their phones. There is ZERO regulation of kids getting too rough especially if you have a birthday party full of younger guests. Had a staff member tell my child NO to the trapeze swing when asked for help because he was too busy on his phone. Watch out for all the kids wheeling around without a care ignoring all the walk your wheels signs. Be prepared to be pushed on tipping, they are certainly not shy about that. read more

If I could rate this place no star! Not a FAMILY FRIENDLY place!!! Went here yesterday with my sister in law that was visiting from California and their kids (a 5 and a 6 year old), my kids (3 and a 8 year old), 2 local nephews and one niece (7 and 8 year old). There were teenagers double bouncing on our trampoline, cutting the line of our kids that were waiting for their turn, purposely being disrespectful, to piss us off so they could make videos with their phones of our reactions. I talked to the manager they just told the teen to avoid us and be away. His friends now start being mean to my kids, flipping the middle finger to them and to myself. So then I told one of the KTR boys that were supervising the tramps. The two teens were so disrespectful, admitted that they flipped us, didn't care about the supervisor being there at all. So I went talk to the manager again, they didn't do anything besides telling them to avoid us. Where is the consequences for bullies??? You guys are creating monsters when not taking this situations more serious! This teens are left there for hrs, they get bored and want to pick a fight with whoever cross their sight. KTR you call those kids parents, give them a strike, one more strike you are out. Do something real so they don't feel entitled that they run this place and can bully and be disrespectful to little kids and adults! We left that place feeling awful, we will never be back and definitely spread the word! read more

If I had to use one word to describe this kids entertainment place.... WOW!!!! Would be my word... not only does this place have an amazing friendly staff. But this place is so clean!!! And so big, my kids never get bored! They literally want to come every single day..... and the food is actually really good. We always like to order the grilled chicken nuggets and the waffle fries. We also enjoyed their large pizza. The prices are good for the quality of food. I have never seen such accommodating staff before. They are always busy; cleaning, helping others and it looks like they're enjoying their job. Parker was so helpful with helping me decide what monthly package I should sign up for. I'm sad to say, that I used to love this place. The staff was friendly and did games with the kids, I knew my kid was looked after and was going to be safe while they watched everyone. Now is a different story. The staff are on their phones, not paying attention at all, not engaging with the kids. One of the staff opened up the trapeze but closed it off to everyone but his friends that were with him. My kid loves that trapeze, and I understand it not always being open because of staffing reasons, but to only let the staff do it in front of the other kids, is not okay. I pay a lot of money to have a membership, and I'm considering cancelling it after what I've been seeing and experiencing. Luckily, I complained and one of the older staff helped talk to them, which I appreciated a lot, but I shouldn't have to complain. Also, my kid was on the zip line and the kid who was supposed to be the staff person, was on his phone and my kid couldn't reach the bar and jumped for it, spun around and fell on his head and I was too far away to stop it because I thought the attendant would help him. I hope they consider banning their staff from using their phones and actually be paying attention and engaged. I know I work full time and I don't get to be on my phone while I'm working. It would be wise to do this as I know other parents share my grievances. I really hope it can return to how it was when it opened. read more

Wasn't sure if it'd be worth the membership price to sign my son up for skateboarding but decided to try it as he wanted to learn to skate. It was well worth it. The staff are very kind and encouraging, other people that are using the skate park and scooters are also very encouraging and have a supportive environment. The staff really try to be helpful and resolve concerns. The place is clean and open and very welcoming. We live farther away so unfortunately can't use it as much as we'd want but have enjoyed our time so far. read more

We made a reservation in March for May for my son's birthday. Then my son wanted to do it in other place. So I called them to cancel 5 times. First time they said it cancelled then 100 dol non-refundable. I called them like a week after. Non-refundable in most companies has grace period. How hard is it to cancel after a week for 2 month ahead party? I feel like it is unfair. read more

Skatepark: if you are a skater, you will want to go as early as possible before the scooter kids come and take over, it's not a big park so once the scooter kids come it'll be a struggle to do what your trying to do without having to worry about hitting the kids. BMX at least has their own separate hours where they don't collide with other skaters Service animals: One thing that moves me away from this location is that they do not allow service animals, while as other indoor parks do. So if you need a service animal but want to do the activities go to a different place, if you want to skate, crossroads skate shop in Ogden or Woodward in park city both will allow your service animal to come watch although she/he will need to stay tied up out of the way they are at least allowed. If your wanting to do parkour, or trampolines, airborn will accommodate your service animal although your animal may have to sit outside of the trampoline area you can at least bring them and not have to sit there and watch your friends go have fun.... read more
