It is massive, broken up into various sections so that there is always somewhere to chill out, and it is well equipped. Here is a quick list of it's features: - an adventure cycle track - a constructed dry creek bed play area (mind the crocs) - a play area for toddlers - a play area for older kids with spider net & flying fox - an open grassed area for family ball games (just be careful of the drains) - 1/2 basketball court - toilets - barbeques - picnic tables, seats and shelters - free parking oh... and for something you'll be hard pressed to find at any other park it also has.. - a fenced off dog exercise area - radio control car dirt track Well worth checking this place out if you want to have a kids birthday party.

Really nice park with lots of paths and there are areas nearby that have flat areas for picnics if you are so inclined. I won't be doing it without a guide though! I'm sure it's quite easy to get lost.

The local council has paid a small fortune to provide this park for the local community. The swings are timber trimmed and the play equipment is a Thomas Tank. Playing fields are available for baseball. There are cricket nets for various teams for training. Then there is just the open space for running teams. Of an afternoon it is doggy playground. All the locals bring their dogs along to socialise. There is a huge range of dogs and the people are very friendly. Just don't forget your doggy bag.

Get your park together!…read more It doesn't help that it's jammed right up against the noisy Pacific Highway - a last little bastion of green between the trucks and the train line. There's a footpath cutting the park in twain, just the thing to cut the corner for your quick dash for a train. But convenience aside, this park lacks imagination. It's got some beautiful trees but not much else. At least there are a couple of benches I guess. Alas I just can't see myself spending any real time there.

This may or may not include other dogs butts. (It totally includes other dogs butts). The lower level is a rarely used soccer field and ersatz dog walking park, the middle level is a giant oval sometimes used for sports and the rest of the time is also an ersatz dog walking park plus play / picnic / kick-a-ball-around area. The topmost level houses an enclosed childrens play area, a rec centre and childcare centre, and lots of trees and freeform play equipment like a freaking awesome giant spider web that should be for children but you can totally get on it because like I said it's freaking awesome and how often do you get to pretend to be a giant spider unless you were the guy that played the giant spider in Lord Of The Rings? Come to think of it that may have been CGI, but still. Where was I? Oh yes. Great park, go there, take dog.

There's some swings, slides, a sand pit, a wooden train, and a small climbing structure for kids to play in. There are a few benches and a single BBQ area, and council has recently attempted to re-grow some grassy areas. Can be a little hectic on the weekends, and there is an oval nearby, with accompanying overflow at times. Also, I don't think there're any bathrooms nearby, though I might be wrong. And hey, downtown Chatswood is pretty close, so this is a prime opportunity to teach the littl'uns to "hold it". Reasonably well shaded and secure park, with occasional coffee vans stopping by. What more could you want? (Ok, bathrooms, but hey, half the visitors to this place are in diapers, so it's al good).
