There's a window to watch your food being made from your seat. Every bite got to be savored as one would while discovering and traveling. I've eaten goulash soup and ribs roasted in honey and beer. The main dish was served on wooden board with pickles, pickled onions, roasted tomatoes and cabbage salad.
