AVOID AT ALL COST! I used to be a regular customer at Kultowa, visiting almost every single week. Unfortunately, our visit last night was an absolute disgrace.
Near closing time, my partner and I sat down to finish our drinks, I don't drink alcohol, so I was simply finishing a non-alcoholic beer. A tall, thin female staff member named Ada (who wears glasses, has short hair with straight bangs, a very distinctive big curved nose, and a raspy voice), whom I have personally seen being rude and hostile on other occasions, approached us with completely unprovoked aggression because the table had been wiped down. Instead of politely letting us know, she immediately began lecturing and insulting us, explicitly calling us "stupid."
When I firmly demanded to be spoken to with basic respect, another employee (Max) stepped in, not to de-escalate, but to escalate the situation further with arrogant comments before telling us to leave.
It's a real shame because the venue itself isn't that bad, but unprovoked hostility and direct insults toward completely sober, respectful customers are unacceptable. Due to how terribly guests are treated by Ada and the rest of the staff, I strongly recommend avoiding Kultowa altogether. read more
