At this time, I'm not motivated to go back. This is the first time I've ever seen that Clerk in there.

Well they want .50 just for ice. Most of their people are absolutely rude to everyone. Zip trip doesn't charge foe ice and they ALWAYS have smiles on their faces. They have all the huckleberry jams, candies, wine, beer, etc. that you could ever ask for. They sell postcards, patches that depict the state of Montana. They also have rather healthful foods here- granola bars, pancake mixes. The other side of the shop is all musical instruments! They have everything from mandolins to guitars, bass, and even a trumpet! They sell guitar strings, amp wires, capos, anything you need for your musical needs. I think they even had the sheet music to Merle Haggard's "Big City" about getting dropped off in the middle of Montana. The clerk was pleasant, but minded her own business as I poked around and weighed the different huckleberry options. It seems that when things get cold in this town, a hot jam (whether musical or huckleberry) will always spice things up! Parking was a bit challenging, this place is located on the main strip of Red Lodge, so it's only street-side parallel parking. The shop was ADA accessible, but had some narrow aisles.

Anyways I'm now 21 years old today after work I stopped by for some hot food and a tall boy after 8 min of me standing there they let me know they can't serve me because it didn't scan and I said will this be a problem in the future they let me know that it most likely will be and that they cannot and will not serve me I went to the next gas station over and they couldn't scan it, but he processed it through the computer as one does when it wont scan. in my opinion, I think there needs to be new staff or like staff meetings to go over laws and how things work instead of being rude and lazy asf if you look at the reviews under this place it makes so much sense

This was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic with as yet no available vaccines. Yet this was the only gas station that I remember in which all of the employees were "masked up." I'm speaking only for "Holiday Stationstore #470" at 1212 Mullowney Lane in Billings MT. I cannot speak for the rest of the stores in this chain. I was impressed that this gas station/convenience store seemed to go against the red state red tide anti-masking culture. And of course I always wore a mask when out in public in October 2020. Also, the price for regular gas was only $2.189 per gallon on October 2, 2020. No such luck with that low of a gas price in Washington! Yes, I know. I am sometimes slow at getting around to doing my Yelp reviews.
