My chief complaint here is the attitudes of the family owned business. I've only seen the ladies working the counter which I assume is a Mother and daughters combination. Their customer service needs some improvement. I have experienced rude and obnoxious comments to most of my small talk at when checking out at the registers. Or if I ask if their fuel was winterized and what the blend was for Winter Diesel they get defensive over nothing. It was -25 degrees outside and all I wanted know was how much #2 diesel they blended with, and the Mother/ or Grandma (hard to tell) got all snappy with me and told me "its winterized" "take it or leave it." Another customer service disgrace recently: For example they have a single automated car wash, and my truck is too tall, and Watford City has lots of automated car washes but no self service high pressure sprayers like you would find at a do it yourself car wash. I asked if they were going to ever add one to the outside of their business (they would make a ton of revenue). But their rebuttal was to take my pickup truck down the road to the semi wash and spend the $25-40 to have someone else wash it for me. Then when I explained how much it was one of the daughters rudely exclaimed that "Do you think I would stand out side and wash your truck for you for $40 to which she said NO!" She obviously missed the point about a self service car wash. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

But again, it's about the only game in town, so beggars can't be choosers. Very convenient place to get orders to go for men working in the oil fields. Fuels prices are also cheaper here than in Williston, so be sure to fill up your tanks if heading east. I have updated this review. Previously I gave them two stars, but they have improved much over the past year. Kudos to them. They earn three stars easily now, but could earn four stars from me if they improved their menu just a bit. They can be a little slow, but that's only because they have a small grill. The staff is always friendly. Call ahead (406-769-2000). PLEASE NOTE: Grill closes at 7 PM in the winter and 8 PM in the summer during the week. Grill is open to 8 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
