THIS PLACE SUCKS! I…read morewas referred, sat down had ONE meeting with Beverly who didn't write anything down, didn't ask a lot of questions, just took my stuff and said she would get back to me... She then handed over my file to someone else who NEVER called me to ask me a single question at all about my business, how I do things, what route I wanted to take on certain things, NOTHING not even another interview which I was expecting to have... They ended up filing my taxes completely WRONG, costing me a whole bunch of money. They also filed for a previous year I did NOT tell them to file for and of course never called me up to ask about it and then tried to charge me for it! When I confronted Beverly she was hostile, wouldn't take blame for anything, was telling me I was wrong and couldn't do this and couldn't do that, they don't ask their clients anything apparently, and I was overreacting... Well she ended up firing me as a client. Meh oh well and requested I send everything back to her... which I did! And my understanding was I owed her nothing! Two years later they are calling me STILL asking for payment! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! SCREW OFF! You guys are horrible! All you care about is making money and how big you can make someones bill and not your clients and their needs! In the end I had to pay someone else to do my taxes PROPERLY and the experience was so much better. They actually listened to me and asked many questions to make sure it was filed correctly and the way I wanted it done. They UNDERSTOOD it was my first year in business and how scared I was and important it was to me to be a part of the process. I had many interviews with them and when I told them about my experience with this horrible business they could only raise an eyebrow as to why I was so horribly treated and all the mistakes they made. DON'T USE THIS PLACE!

Big warning!!! This is a horrible place. Take your business elsewhere. They absolutely do not care…read moreabout you as a client. All they care about is making as much money off you as possible. They do not listen to you when you try to tell them what you need. They want to make them sound like they know everything about your business but they clearly don't and apparently don't ask any question. They make so many mistakes that you will need to fix later when you find out. They clearly do not have the accountability or the responsibility to be in this business. Beverly has been nothing but trouble. For whoever is reading this be very careful. They are no longer under the name Beverly Arlow, they now changed to Arlow Alliance. Which is just the same thing. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
