My only out…read moreof pocket expense should have been my $25 co-pay, however i was billed an additional $92.76 for a 'facility' charge. After speaking to the billing department, this is their new policy and unfortunately, insurance companies don't cover that charge. Although, this facility charge was 'buried' in all the ppwk i filled out, if they knew this ahead of time, they should have called it out before my appt. They know that patients are only expecting to pay a co-pay. But they waited and sent me a bill for $92.76 a month later when it was too late to do anything.

I have never had a worse experience with a dentist in my 31 years of life. Multiple fillings have…read morefallen out within very short time frames of being put in (the last one only lasted two weeks). I came in with a broken filling and they failed to remove all the bad tooth material before replacing the filling which CAUSED ME to need a full root canal and crown after a week of excruciating and unnecessary pain (probably a month after the filling was replaced). And the last thing is how I was treated by the office manager. I have never been treated so terribly by someone in my entire life. When I came in and stood up for myself, refusing to pay anything for them to replace the filling that barely lasted two weeks, this woman practically threatened to not allow them to fix my tooth for free because I was already going to another dentist. AND NOW my new dentist has informed me that the crown placed over my root canal is entirely fitted improperly and needs to be removed and replaced. I am out SO MUCH MONEY and these people did nothing but DAMAGE MY TEETH and TAKE MY MONEY. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
