Can I give Dr. Bob Kumra an extra five stars? He and his staff are phenomenal. Dr. Bob is extremely knowledgeable and an innovator in his craft. From the initial consultation to the final stages of treatment, his positive outlook makes you feel comfortable and confident. He and his staff treat everyone like friends. Dr. Bob's humanistic leadership approach is reflective in his amazing staff. The moment you walk into the office, you feel the warmth resonating from a great working environment. In addition to Dr. Bob's wonderful "bedside" manner and expertise, he is extremely reasonable, offers generous incentives and rewards in effort to expand his patient base. He doesn't pressure patients into receiving additional treatments unless truly needed. He won't draw out treatments, and will even shorten the treatment if the patient is progressing better than initially thought. I am recommending Dr. Bob to my friends who live in the area, not just Stafford. He is worth the trip! This is the best Orthodontist that I've ever been too. I never post reviews, but this is one that I just had to make. This morning, my retainer snapped as I was brushing my teeth and I needed a new one stat. My teeth move very fast if I don't have one in. I called my orthodontist which is 45 minutes away, to find out that they were closed and wouldn't be able to see me until Jan. 20th. I definitely couldn't wait that long. I went online to see if there were any local orthodontists, and found one place that was open and had amazing reviews. I called Dr. Kumra and he told me to just come in. When I got there he was super nice and quick on helping me with what I needed. The place is extremely well organized and modern. It has a safe atmosphere and it makes you want to visit them again and again. I left there with a new retainer in about 45 minutes from when I called. Much much faster than my old orthodontist who would take over a week. I'm truly happy that I stumbled on Kumra Orthodontist. You won't be making a mistake if you go see them! read more

In one word--amazing! Dr Kumra is wonderful to deal with: very personable, knowledgeable and caring. He makes you feel like a member of the family. The staff is amazing as well. They are always ready to answer your questions and take time to ensure you completely understand the process, billing, etc... Dr Kumra and his staff are so engaging they make coming in for an appointment an enjoyable experience--I've always left with a smile on my face; even after paying my bill! I can honestly say that my experience from the beginning has been wonderful....I was in search of an orthodontist for my daughter, I called after hours on a Saturday and left a voicemail thinking someone would reach out the next day they were open, I received a follow up call from the orthodontist himself on a Saturday within an hour of my voicemail....I was able to get in that following Tuesday and from the second I walked in and was greeted by the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the consult with the orthodontist, everything was wonderful! We are visting the area from out of state and we needed an emergency repair for our daughter's broken bite bumper which broke last night. First thing in the morning we started calling around. The first orthodontist we called didn"t give us much hope as they stated they could not do any repairs. Our next call was to Kumra Orthodontics and we are so thankful. They extended a consultation to view the repair which they were able to do. The whole experience was top notch as soon as we walked thru their doors. Dr. Kumra, and his staff are professional, courteous and hard working. My daughter had braces put on in December and covid hit, we thought the worst, but his team did a great job in keeping the process going. With the call when you arrive and wait in your car to be called and minimizing contact was great. After 5 months he and his team of professionals have moved my daughters teeth and braces are coming off. I cannot say enough about this office on Garrisonville Road in Stafford. For the last 8 months my son and I have had the pleasure of going to Dr. Kumar to get some much needed treatment for our teeth. I went in to get straighter teeth, he recommended Invisalign and I couldn't be happier with the results I've seen thus far. I have about another two months and my treatment will be complete. My pre teen son also has invisalign and he enjoys them as well, since he plays sports they are safer to wear and he does not have the food restrictions that traditional braces have. Dr.Kumar one of the best orthodontist in all Stafford, since I moved to Stafford in 2007, I had been in many dentist office, but , I didn't see any of them more professional, honest , and hard working like doctor Kumar. In 2017, base on refer from another dentist , He put braces in my doother, which she had major issue with her teeth's , and I was very worry about her teeth's, but doctor Kumar , fixed her teeth's very good, that I was amaize by his work.
