Rumeli is located on the main drag of downtown Çeşme and is more of a stall than a shop like Veli or Reyhan. Of the three I personally think Rumeli has the best Pistachio ice cream, hands down no contest. During our visit we found the service helpful and prompt and adored our cone. All in all, if you're looking for the best Pistachio ice cream in town, look no further.

The ice cream comes out in a glass dish with a small cone on top. Additionally, you can order to-go from the indoor register and pick up the scoops in a styrofoam container or cup/cone from the fridge near the entrance. I think my favorite flavor was the mastic (sakızı) with a close second being the pistachio, but I also really enjoyed the coffee flavor. The service was helpful and prompt and all in all we loved our visit!
