    Cocoa Cream Wow Bubble Tea.
    Mark Nowell M.

Bubble bubble tea! One of the best bubble tea in NYC! The flavors are unique and delicious! Location: it is located inside Palisades Center Mall, theres a few seating here. Service: the employees are nice. :) Food: This are my favorite flavors of bubble milk tea here. TARO: as always it is always good! THAI MILK TEA: omg this is soo good, very milky, usually I add bubble tea and pudding. COCOA CREAM WOW: this is a recent addition, and damn its soo good, so milky and chocolatey! Price rating: 5 out of 10. Cheap and its good! I always go here when I am in Palisades Center Mall! All the flavors are good! I have 3 favorites now but Ill try all of them!

This was from the first time when the powder was clumped on top. (powder is the dark brown)

Horrible. The guy who made my drink (cocoa cream wow) did not know how to properly make it because the first time I ordered it it had way too much cocoa powder that was sitting on top of the liquid, so when I took a sip, it felt like I was doing the cinnamon challenge, as clumps of dry powder would shoot up into my throat and choke me. I had to go down and ask him to remake my drink but this time he just changed the location of the powder from the top of the liquid, to the bottom of the cup and then proceeded to advise me that this was the way to make the drink. (News flash no it is NOT, this is my go to drink at Kungfu and I never had a problem with it before nor had it ever looked like the drink he gave me) This was worse because even though I tried to mix it, it would not mix well and I would still be getting clumps of bitter cocoa powder. This has never happened to me before no matter which location I go to because cocoa cream wow is not supposed to look like/taste like the drink I got. Def will not be ordering that drink from this location again.

It's never too cold for bubble tea! Taro slush with bubbles (or tapioca) is delicious here! I love how you can ask them to alter the sweet level. The bubbles aren't chewy or hard. This stand only serves drinks but there are large selection of flavored drinks, milk tea, or slush/smoothie. You also select your add-ons like bubbles, jelly, etc. Next time, I'll try the matcha smoothie, my other fav bubble tea. The stand is located in front of Papaya clothing store and across, there's an ice cream stand. I'm rating 4 stars because of the slow service. I was the only customer and it took quite a few minutes for the guy to prepare my drink. Usually, bubble tea drinks don't take very long. I would be more understanding if there were other customers but there's none.

This is probably the best bubble tea you can get in this part of NY/NJ. It tastes identical to the Kung Fu tea in NYC. The classic milk tea is delicious and my favorite is the passion fruit green tea with jelly. The seasonal ones are delicious too. So glad a bubble tea place finally arrived in Rockland county!

first time trying them, had to wait for the cashier to return to the stand, but it was barely 2 minutes when he came back and greeted us, very patient and I ordered the strawberry lemonade punch. my drink was made under 5 minutes and let me say, it was best strawberry lemonade drink I ever had, very fresh and had a very refreshing taste, the sugar was not overbearing. honestly if not for the prices, I would have ordered another one. overall very good first impression. want to try the other punch flavors when I come back.

The combination of ube and matcha is unbelievably creamy, smooth, and rich without being overly sweet. The ube has that perfect nutty vanilla-like flavor with a deep, authentic taste, while the matcha is earthy, bold, and balanced beautifully. Swirling the two together makes every bite even better. What really stands out is the texture it was light, fluffy, and silky soft serve that melts perfectly. The flavors taste fresh and premium, not artificial at all. The presentation is also gorgeous, making it almost too pretty to eat. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staffs make the experience even better. Not really sure why it took that long, but it was definitely frustrating just standing there. We eventually ordered four cones (ube and matcha)...and giving credit where it's due, the ice cream itself is still very good. It's creamy, flavorful, and consistent with what we had on a previous visit. That said, the portions felt off this time. The cones didn't seem as full, and what really stood out was that each one had a noticeable hollow center -- almost like the middle was missing. Sign. For $9 a cone, that just shouldn't happen. Last time I was here, it felt like a 5-star spot. This visit? Not there at all. Still good ice cream, but between the wait and the portion issues, it didn't live up to the price.

Join their rewards program because you might be surprised by a percent discount, which is always helpful.
