It looks like they might cook much of the food right in the back of the station. However, I did not try the food. The restrooms here were not well-kept up- the place across the highway has much cleaner restrooms. I was surprised at how much footwear they sell here. They have three racks of shoes for sale here- from loafers, to sandals, to comfort shoes. I was impressed at their selection for a gas station. Next time I bust a flip flop stepping on a pop-top, I don't need to cruise on back home! I'm coming here.

I'm happy to report that gas met with the approval of my car, and she was happy. The family running this store are very friendly, and my son had a nice chat with the man working the register. Everyone was really friendly. The store has a variety of snacks and ice cream (Nestle, Blue Bunny, Haagen Daz etc.). The also sell locally sourced beef jerky, which my son bought. The guy said they get from an area rancher who butchers his own cattle. My said it was really good, and I tried some. I liked it too, especially the fact that it was thin sliced. I'd stop here again. I always prefer local places to big national chains.

Men's room stank, floor was disgusting, paper towel dispensers were empty. There were plenty of used paper towels on the floor but none in dispensers. They did have the least expensive gas in that stretch of I-35 which is why I stopped. I'll stop at Love's just north of there next time. Quik Trips are usually kept up pretty good.
