I bought a solid bottom grapple bucket from Melecio I was told this will be the last grapple bucket…read moreI ever have to buy will last me forever I came back to meet with Eddie today because the grapple bucket had bent and the forks had twisted he was very nice on the phone so I drove about 70 miles to bring the bucket to him for inspection when I got there Eddie did not even come out to talk to me another gentleman named Sergio came out told me there was nothing he could do. I paid $2600 for this bucket he said he would buy it back for 1400 only had it about a year needless to say I will never buy another piece of equipment from this establishment I strongly recommend you search elsewhere low quality steel poor craftsmanship and the attachments just will not hold up. There's plenty of quality attachments out there I suggest looking into another establishment you will not find quality here or good customer service when gave the chance to fix the problem instead they try to lowball you. If you care about which type of tree you want, you can check a map to get to the right area for your tree. You can catch a tractor ride to your location, or just walk for the experience. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. After you find your perfect tree (we've been there later in the season in past years and there seems to always be a good selection) and shoot the obligatory family photos, you take your tree to the lane to get picked up. They shake and wrap it while you pay and get your complimentary cookies and cider. It's a great time and makes for a wonderful Christmas tradition. We'll be going back again year after year.
