Contract on my house Home INSPECTED Agreed upon repairs (porch) Porch leveled using business buyers suggested Work ready for REINSPECTION(I was willing to repair until they were satisfied) Realtor Angie Brown comes to property with a camera to "inspect" concrete work. SHE said the work was "shoddy" and her buyers were refusing to buy the house at that point. She was even on my neighbors property comparing porches, Really????? What type of credentials does she have to make that claim???? She is a realtor and she should have had the concrete reinspected by a qualified inspector. When confronted about her lack of professionalism she became very condescending and bullying in her words in our email strings. Example: " I already told you my clients will not be buying this house and if you make any more repairs they will be for another buyer". She allowed her clients to waste my time. She also sent incomplete documents, wrong information on incorrect forms, along with her poor grammar and spelling mistakes on legal documents that required my signature. She is not someone I ever care to do business with in this life time. Run the other way!
