This was a lovely find on our first night in Leipzig. We wanted to find authentic German cuisine…read morethat was not touristy and this definitely fit the bill. I had the matjes, my wife had chicken breast. All ingredients were super fresh and nicely seasoned. The beers were also outstanding! Our waiter (who may have been the owner) was extremely friendly and had great recommendations. Note there may not be much english spoken here so come with a bit of german if you can!
