The next day we came back we also asked about some other things and received very professional advice. They didn't try to sell any overexpensive stuff to us but simply something that fits, which I appreciate very much. They treated us very friendly both times (different people behind the counter), so I expect it's their good habit. Even though we had an issue with one of the credit cards she stayed friendly and we just used a different one, which worked and everything was perfect.
