This happened at 1:08 pm on October 8th. I bought a couple of powder Kratom as I do often. Walked out the door and immediately noticed the lid had been tampered with. When it opened the seal was completely busted open. Weirdly enough I did notice when I was purchasing the product he didn't grab the ones in front but reached around back of display and grabbed one at the very back. Didn't give it any thought, didn't say a word about it. So I walked back in and said hey, I'm sorry but I need one that hasn't been tampered with. He went to give me another one and this is when the switch somehow flipped. He immediately said and I'll quote..' you know what, you're not getting another one because you should have opened in front of me. I said why would I do that? They were already in the bag and I've been buying for 8 years and never had this happen. He started yelling at me over and over. I just stayed calm. I could tell he had issues that weren't anything to do with me but I was shaken up when he handed me another canister and said DONT EVER COME BACK! Wow. I never mistreat anyone because I don't know what people may be going through and he was no exception. I said I'm sorry you're upset and thank you for your help. Walked out and didn't look back. I had to post this though because I'm having trouble finding the owner Mr. Patel. This was extreme to say the least. And he was yelling so much I couldn't begin to tell you everything because it made no sense.

Take it back and ask him to replace/exchange it. He says he won't do it simply because he CLICKED it a couple times and it was fine when I left. But, to my knowledge, a pen's function is not to simply work when clicked, but to work when smoked. I didn't have it for more than 5 hours before it didn't work. Incredibly ridiculous.

My second favorite location is off South Blvd from when I lived on that side of town. Yesterday I stopped by the University location after visiting two smaller smoke shops that didn't have what I was looking for. (In fairness, one of them did but not the color I wanted.) Of course I found it at Infinity's; I reminded myself, "You should have just come here first." Besides having the largest selection of any and everything, the staff is always the most chill and friendly and knowledgeable. Soon as I told them what I wanted, Derek immediately helped me. He was awesome, even checking to see if they had the color I was looking for (they did!) and going above and beyond to explain the lifetime guarantee etc. It never felt like a pressured sales pitch. Plus, kudos for asking how much I was willing to spend. Infinity's people almost always ask because they know customers are on different budgets. While you can't go wrong with anyone working there, after yesterday I especially recommend Derek. Seriously go see him when he's there! In my experience, though, everyone is fantastic at all three shops.
