I've been going to kure for awhile and this has been my worst experience....at this kure...I used to come here all the time and now...well I won't be back. Noah was the attendant on duty and from the time we walked in he completely ignored us, given he was helping a customer but he didn't even offer a welcome or hey what's up. We asked about a few juices and they do t have the custom mixes book anymore....they have 15 basic flavors...sad Jason is gone... Great shop and service . They had a cbd cream for my torn rotator cuff that works great and coils for my vape all minutes from the hotel!! Found it on yelp, classy place, not a lot of teens vaping, good mods and equipment but more me about my pain from my shoulder and knees from a fall. All lubed up, dropped $200 but no more than my home and got the cream. Excellent support from I believe the owner and his wife/ manager. A+!!! Will be back as it's near my new office when in town. I really like the e-juice that they blend for me. However, the gear has given me many problems. The staff have been very accommodating. But my bad luck appears to have out-stripped their good will. This last device I've settled on is a Manta pod system. Works great ... however. Kure is the only place in town, at least as far as I've been able to determine, that carries replacement pods. Neat. Which explains why they will no longer make good on defective pods. But this is a store courtesy and subject to the company policy. I will continue to shop there for the juice and the pods (no convenient alternative presents itself there. As shipping and handling makes the internet prohibitive). But loyalty, like courtesy, has it's limits. read more

I came to KURE around the time I started to get into RDA's and Box Mods, the "Coil Building Basics" portion of this personal journey. The attention to detail in terms of store design was the first thing that struck me about KURE's stores. The second was that KURE was able to create different kinds of in-house juices, I walked in with an RDA and was given something around 100 different flavors to try. I was really impressed by this. The employees of KURE are very knowledgeable about the components of vaping. It's here I learned about how to improve my coil building skills and really dive into the world of sub-ohm building. Something I really enjoy. Kure has a great selection of products for all different ecosystems of vapers. From the casual to the geeks...and I am a geek. read more

I travel across the country for work and always make it a priority to check out the local vape scene. On a recent trip through North Carolina, I ran across KURE (Gastonia location) and decided to check it out. I was blown away by this shop. I am a loyal shopper to my local vape shop and have yet to find a shop that comes close....until I stepped foot in the doors of KURE. The selection of hardware and juices is top notch and the atmosphere is awesome. Jason greeted me as soon as I walked in which was nice. He explained their juice making process, showed me around the shop and we sat and BS'ed for over an hour. I have nothing but high praise for this place. If you're in the area (or any of the other 10, I think, locations) this is a must stop whether you're a beginner or been off the analogs for years. You won't be disappointed. read more

Hands down THE best vape shop! KURE has done it right. I was in there day one and they treated my like family. They had their grand opening soon after and it was MASSIVE! live DJ a bunch of give-away's... and all around great time. The staff is the most knowledgeable I've seen. Tried the location for the first time today, I have to say that was the worst experience that I've had with any business that I have ever visited, and my wife who was with me totally agreed, the staff was totally rude and acted like if you needed any help or had any questions that they were there for better reasons than the customers. If I could I would give this place a negative 5 stars, we will never return to this place. read more

I've been coming here for more than a year now, always really liked the staff and the loyalty system. I've probably spent more than $1000 here and I didn't think I would need to go anywhere else. Well... the other day I went in and a guy I didn't usually see was in there. I think he may be an owner, manager or someone higher up. Was just poking around trying to find some juice (looking for 1.2) and didn't know they didn't carry much of that strength anymore. The guy acted like I was a moron for not knowing what they changed and was entirely unhelpful in finding something. So that was annoying, but not enough to make me stop going. But- next, I go to checkout. With the amount of money I spend there I have a decent amount of reward points and upon going to the register this same guy tells me that they canned the entire old system, asks me "do you have the app" like I should know what he's talking about again and then proceeds to tell me that all my points were wiped out and I have to download an app to be a part of the new system. (BTW he didn't offer to show me the app, tell me what it was called, no help whatsoever) This is then follow by an overly convoluted checkout with my credit card at their messed up POS system, again, dude acting like I'm the one that should know how his broken card reader and store works. It was so confusing that I left my card on the counter and walked out without knowing it. Fortunately, one of the younger employees brought it out to me before I got to my car. The owner / manager probably would have done nothing. So I'm really sorry to say, but Kure has completely lost me as a customer. A customer who has bought mods, RDAs, hardware, batteries, chargers, mountains of juice, and recommended them to my friends. I will now discourage people from going here and probably just direct them to Charlotte Vapes less than a mile away. You guys need to get your sh*t together. read more

I will NEVER be back to this business again! Very RUDE staff! I was told my son could not come in the business with me because he's under 18 (there were no signs stating he couldn't come in) yet there was another person in the store with a small child. Mind you my son is 16. Then I was told I couldn't buy anything from them because my son was with me. Again right after a man had spent $159 there with a young child probably around the age of 9. They said it was against some federal regulations to let children under 18 in the store. I call BS considering there was another child in there. Just last week my son went in there with my husband and nothing was said. Supposedly this "law" they are claiming they are following started in August of last year. So I'd like to be able to talk to whoever owns this store (which I was refused this information) to ask why certain people are allowed to "break the rules". Maybe I was just singled out. Love going to Kure for all my vape needs. The staff is always super friendly, knowledgeable, and just generally nice people. They have an amazing selection of 'on tap' juice that they blend up fresh for you, and can tweak to your tastes. I have even had blends made up on the spot a couple of times. They have a decent sized collection of brand name juice lines as well, mostly stuff that you would see that's popular on social media. As far as devices go, i always go to Kure first. I value their opinions on how different devices work, and i know that they stand behind the products they sell. My only complaint is their prices for devices and outside juice can be on the more expensive side of things, but they will try to price match or add a discount if they can. I don't mind - because like anything else- you get what you pay for, and i personally would rather have an authentic mod for a few dollars more than something blow up in my face, literally. Plus the manager at this location, Jason, has gone above and beyond to be helpful. Ill never forget him going to CLT to grab some flavoring for me to make my favorite 'on tap' juice. Just a great place to shop, they supported me and my family members on our journeys to quitting cigarettes and I'll always shop there first. read more

Great store, terrible employees!! I used to come here regularly when first opened, selection prices and environment were great but soon after staff changed. I went in recently an was not greeted nor helped, one of the female managers was talking to a group of customers about very vulgar and sexual and personal things, not professional. Asked a young man for help and he went to get a manager for me, the manager told him he was busy (making coils) and wouldn't help. Went in with a friend of mine an a few of the male employees made disrespectful comments about our appearance, didn't help us I used to like te first managers and employees but now seems like it's a teens hangout and they do whatever they want to read more
