It took a while for me to work out the financing for the extensive repair and they were completely helpful and patient. After completing the repair, they also replaced the fenders on the RV that I had in the toyhauler's garage. While doing that work, they noticed the suspension was not right after I had just driven it in, effectively, a circle as I had pulled it out for the night then back in the next morning. They realized that someone who had done a repair previously had not done it correctly and it was throwing everything off. They ordered the part they needed and got it fixed RIGHT! The agent told us a tech could be to us where we were camping at 11 am the next day. I paid the agent $210 for setting the appointment, and I could cancel, but it would come with $100 cancellation fee. The next morning I received a call from another agent who let me know that a mobile tech was not available in our location for five days. We had to cancel, because we would no longer be camping in that location. This place is a scam. They made me sign an agreement agreeing to $100 cancellation fee. I believe the original agent I talked to lied about how quick a tech would be able to service our RV. I wish I would have checked the Yelp reviews before signing up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You will get screwed!
