this is my absolute favourite place to eat in İstanbul, but it is so good that you canb't go every…read moreday or you'd get tired of it. When you go, tell the waiter you want the mezes. I wouldn't fill up on soup- it's good but it's better to save room for the mezes! they have yummy corn bread, and their çoban (shepherd's) salad is good- but again: save room. They will start bringing you mezes immediately. My favourite is the one with eggplant but I can never remember what fish is used. Also I love the black sea salmon with onion and soya sauce! At first, one spoonful doesnt seem like enough, but they will come around at least 5 times giving you helpings of different fish based mezes. Usually after 5 helpings they ask if you'd like more, or if it's enough (it's usually enough- especially if you ate some of the corn bread). After dinner, you can have their yummy desert which is a volcano brownie, icecream and helva. We usually share the desert between two people with tea. The service here is ALWAYS phenomenal, and I have never left unhappy. The only problem is that Tuzla is a little far to drive to! Thank goodness, or else I would probably go twice a week!

Even though I don't speak Turkish, he went out of his way to make sure my order was perfect. His customer service was outstanding, and he made sure I was happy with every detail. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all top-tier. If you're in the area, please visit this place -- the meat dishes are truly incredible. Highly recommended!

Food was fresh, burger tasted off a bit (possibly not entirely beef) but was ok. Salad was fresh and had balsamic on it. Ketchup tasted different from American ketchup.

Coming from a developed nation we are accustomed to eating moderately to great quality of fish, I understand from a local that seafood is really unaffordable to the regular citizens of Turikye, so I understand that a fast and affordable option is available. However, there is no seasonings on this fish, just slightly grilled, and there is a kinda-of-lemon dressing and salt and the table perches around their establishment looking over onto western side of the Bosporus Straight, dressed inside with sliced onion and some lettuce. The bread that enrobes the fish is a huge piece of hogie, sub bread really too much bread for fish -- and let me not start on the bones?! I ate the fish without the bread, just dressed with salt and every bite there were leat 3-5 bones and the fish had a lot of fat I left behind. Meh meh meh recommendation. I will commend their quickness to serve the food, and the massive amounts they crank out. I think this fish is a small spanish mackerel of some kind?
