After the wedding, we reached out to discuss a refund, since Samantha did not perform the ceremony, take photos, or provide video as contracted. She refused, saying she could have done the work using a Google link for photos -- something she never mentioned on the day of the event. The website and package we booked clearly stated that photos would be taken with her camera and uploaded from the SD card. Overall, our experience felt impersonal and unprofessional. It seemed like she hadn't reviewed the personal information we provided about our relationship, and the interaction felt more like an assembly line than a meaningful service.
