I'm very disappointed with my recent order from KW Flowers. I purchased the Deluxe Gourmet Meat and Cheese Basket for $169.95, expecting a premium selection as shown on their website. What my son and daughter-in-law received looked like basic grocery store items that could easily be bought for under $100. Including tax and delivery, I paid $215.06 -- definitely not worth it. The product was nowhere near "deluxe" or "gourmet." I feel this company takes advantage of people sending gifts online to family. The only positive was that the package was delivered safely, but overall, I will not be ordering from KW Flowers again. read more

Hello KW Flowers, I cannot express how disappointed I was when my wife opened her "Valentine's Day Special Bouquet (Premium)" at Valentine's Day dinner, to find 3 roses and 6 closed tulips. This is the absolute worst flower arrangement I have ever seen for $85.00! I could have spent $40.00 and FreshCo and given the love of my life, a truly premium bouquet. Horrible customer service. I made a mistake on their website having inadvertently ordered the same arrangement twice thinking it had not gone through. I called them to cancel one order and also emailed them about my error. They sent BOTH orders anyway, processing them both on the same day, making up the exact same floral arrangement, with the exact same hand written message (in the same hand writing!) to my friend who, when they both arrived, also called and said there must have been a mistake! They didn't care. Not a trustworthy company to deal with! Absolutely take your business elsewhere. read more

I ordered flowers one day before Valentine's Day. The flowers costs $75 dollars(including tax and delivery). But the flowers never arrived. I called in afternoon on Valentine's Day and I was told that delivery guys are out and they are very busy doing their best to deliver every order as there were around 600 orders they had. I was asked to be little patient. When my order didn't arrive by evening, I called again and was told the same thing. The order never came On Valentine's Day. I am trying to reach them today but it is going directly to vm, which is full. Never going to order from them again. Hope I can get my money back as I haven't received my order. There is no point getting the flowers now as Valentine's Day is passed. read more

I my order never got delivered for Valentines day, I have called and emailed. Voicemail box is still full and not answering 3 days after Valentines day, and emails are bouncing back not recieved. A friend sent my family a Christmas arrangement to be delivered on December 23rd. On December 24th she asked me if I liked it. I said I did not receive any flowers. Went outside and found a small basket frozen to the ground in one of my front gardens. It was a small wicker basket with some pine and cedar sprigs and 2 sticks of plastic berries. It had a totally smushed fabric bow. There was no box or cello wrap to protect it. I left a couple of phone messages but did not receive a call back. I finally reached someone on the 27th and the lady said she would tell her manager and they would do something about it. It is now about 10 days since that call and I have heard nothing. I am not exaggerating when I say that my 4 year old granddaughter could have produced a better basket by herself. It was seriously pathetic. read more

Just horrible. My fiancé tried to surprise me with flowers because we couldn't be together this year for Valentines day. He ordered 2 days ahead, confirmation email said they were going to email me a virtual message as well as call me. None of that happened. He scheduled the delivery for Valentines day, therefore spent ALL DAY waiting for a delivery that hasn't happened. 9:20 PM and nothing still. Horrible service. What a wonderful way to ruin something special and waste someone's time. This business should be ashamed. If you cannot fulfill your orders on time, why not give a curtsey call and let the customer know! He even paid the "support local fee". With this experience this business seems very unprofessional. Do not order from KW Flowers. This is our first and LAST time ever using this flower shop. I will not support unprofessional, scamming businesses! This business should be avoided at all cost! Mother's Day is always a difficult day for me - 7 attempts at In-Vitro without success and now I am way too old to ever hope for children or grandchildren. My husband was working out-of-province and I was alone on Mother's Day. He wanted to cheer me up and arranged 3 days in advance for KW Flowers to deliver flowers to me on Mother's Day as a surprise from our cats. The flowers never arrived. I spent the day crying and depressed - alone, thinking my husband had forgot about me and how sad Mother's Day is for those of us less fortunate. Later that night my husband forwarded to me the email confirmation from KW Flowers showing they were to be delivered on Sunday May 12 - Mother's Day but they did not deliver them. They did not even send any communication to say they would be late. The flowers showed up the next afternoon (Monday) while I was out - left on the front porch. At that point they were meaningless. And to top it off the flowers that were delivered a day late looked like cheap leftovers - definitely not worth the money my husband paid. KWFlowers took my husband's money with arrangements to deliver flowers on Mother's Day with no intention of honouring that commitment. They should have told him they could not deliver so he could have made other arranagements. I should sue them for the pain and suffering they caused. read more
