They are trustworthy and made it right. I think that's all that really matters when looking for repair assistance, this is especially true if you are unsure of what the problem could be yourself. They have reasonable prices and very Friendly staff. I have talk with several of the staff members from my experience and all of them have been very respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Over the years I've had my phones repaired at this trustworthy establishment many times and have always received great service and friendliness. They've always went the extra mile to remendy any issues with my phones. Tremendous value. Also, they were always willing to explain exactly what was done and the inner workings of the technology. SHADY BUSINESS My in-laws misplaced their phone and it ended up at this shop. The owners have been harassing them over the phone trying to extort them for hundreds of dollars to return it. Be careful about purchasing anything from this store, could be stolen property. read more

Terrible customer service. Gave them a phone for a cracked screen and when I got it back there was an issue with the SIM card - they clearly hadn't checked everything was OK with the phone when they put it back together. Made me wait 20 minutes...I left and came back 30 minutes later and waited another 20 minutes.. finally they said they would need the phone overnight. They promised to give me a refund then backed off that promise and said they would give me a refund if they couldn't fix my phone. Poor quality control of work, no respect for customer's time and really poor customer service. So went this morning to pick up my phone and give back the loaner (which had 3% charge when they gave it to me). The store opened 5 minutes late. They said no discount on the repair price I paid despite saying they would yesterday. I guess they don't feel accountable for messing my phone up when they put it together and taking extra time to fix the problem they created. The guy who gave me my phone back didn't even say sorry they had messed up or taken longer than they should to fix the phone. These guys have ZERO sense of customer service. Not sure they merit 1 star. So it turns out my phone doesn't recognize my SD card anymore either. it worked when I handed it over to these guys. I called and talked to the manager and he said they'd fix it, but to be honest I'd rather take it somewhere I trust - these guys have messed up my phone. Also don't want to put my phone back in their hands. The manager said he was going to give me a discount but because I gave him a low rating on social media decided not to. Interesting approach - punishing dissatisfied customers when they receive poor service as opposed to trying to make them more satisfied! read more

Amazing service, great customer service, great prices and fast repairs!

I brought my phone there, as it was wasn't taking a charge. I had battery replaced and the initial problem was not even fixed. I told them to fix the charging port as that was the problem. I paid $90 and got back my phone, guess what I still had issues. I called them back up took my phone back, and they claim they would do it for free , and I left it over night. Went back today to get my phone, they claimed to have fixed the problem, and had the nerve to charge me another $25 for their negligence.They didn't replace the charging port and said it was my original equipment, which was not even done proper, I get charged for what, a crap job. I never received any emails as they claimed to send them to my email address, which is not there. More lies, this business takes advantage of customers. I need to take my phone to another shop to have them look it over and fix it. I felt the customer service sucked, The store did not do the work I asked them to do in the first place and them recharged me. I am not satisfied by this shabby service and I would not recommend them to anyone. I suggests that if anyone is considering this place, they need to read the reviews and ask around. If you want shabby service and poor customer service feel free this is the place that will rip you off and con you into believing they do good work. read more

Absolutely terrible service, I came in for a charging port repair on my phone. In the process of repairing they broke my antenna and my audio jack, then they wouldn't fix my audio jack saying it was a "coincidence" that it broke. Overall they made me drive there 5 times back and forth. Also they change the prices depending on who they talk to. If you want bad service and shady businessmen, this is the place for you. read more

I have fixed my friends iphones for a while now. A few of my friends have gotten their phones fixed from here. One of them had had a loose screw left inside. The second a loose screw and a broken home button. The third broken home button, the battery had been stolen out and replaced with a crappy one and to top it off they had put a non origional screen in. They ask top dollar here, rip you off, and take advantage of you. The worst part is when you ask for your money back they call the cops and blame you! I'm telling you this isn't the place to go. You can find something better not to mention for less than $180. read more
