I arrived at the reception and checked in my car. My mum and I where given two coins for a cuppa each I always say it's the little things that make a difference . The waiting room is extremely comfortable with a tv and also a kiddies play area. Great news for mums and dads. I was called over before my tyres got fitted, for the guy to tell me that I needed 4 new tyres and new brake pads and discs, which I am not so sure about as my car has not long passed it's MOT. They took a fair bit of convincing to accept that they had to fix it, even after seeing the cable hanging down. Everyone makes mistakes, but the thing is: there are PROCEDURES to avoid making mistakes, when it comes to maintaining your car properly, protecting lives etc.: guidelines on how much to tighten things, crazy notions about having senior people checking what junior employees do, etc. These guys obviously don't follow any such procedures. Avoid at all costs.

In that time I have always dealt directly with Lawrence or John but find the rest of the staff very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Where any work has been required outside of my normal annual service & MOT check, I am always informed (accurately) of the cost and asked to authorise before the work is undertaken. They have a pretty slick operation having a the gear to repair any accident damage to your vehicle. They didn't waste anytime; quickly and efficiently producing a damage repair estimation and booking my car in for repairs. The work was completed on time and my car was returned looking good as new.
