But turnover is expensive, they sent out a new guy recently and he called twice for directions to the store, when he did show up to re key a new door to match all the other doors in the building he took everything apart and re-keyed it with another unique key. When I had him back to do what I asked him to do in the first place he gave me tons of attitude and and completely scratched up my front entrance door, then told it was because I used the wrong kind of paint.
