Discovered this little gem, just off the 5 freeway on El Toro Road when I worked in Lake Forest. Transferred to north county recently and for the past four months looked on and off, for someone who could replicate some "extra-long" office keys. Must've gone to a dozen locksmiths, with no luck. Went in today to get the knob and deadbolt from my new apartment rekeyed and was blown away by not only how quickly he completed the task, but how affordable it was! I was quoted at around $100 total from another company (though granted with that one it was for coming out to the apartment in person which I didn't realize this place also does!) one of worst experience. very unprofessional.went through triple a, triple a called this company, because i locked my keys in trunk. had to get whole new key made the guy shows up, ralph asks for registration, i tell him its in trunk in my purse. he starts the job and then tells me my registration needs to be in glove box, because the police will not let me go to the trunk if i get pulled over, i say to my sister its none of his business where i keep my registration, im a lyft driver. he hears me and says dont talk behind my back, im leaving. worst company ever. he called his office had to complete the job. they are contracted through triple A , only 2 in orange county, so thry really like the power trip.terrible experience horrible customer service read more

Both of the keys to our 2011 Honda Odyssey have been broken and my DIY fixes were no longer cutting it. My first try here didn't work out for no one was there, But I came back. I had an old key duplicated that no one else could do unless I went to dealership. I hate going to dealerships. I just finished refinishing an old roll top desk that had a lock, but no key for the lock. I brought in the lock, and he was able to make me a new key, and it was ready the very next day. Want to thank this establishment for the fact that they have a real physical location and will take on smaller jobs, even difficult smaller jobs. they fixed what I thought was a simple project within the modest amount they charged, even though it took longer than they anticipated. I got the vm at Kwikeys but the wife got through in a "city minute" a little while later. I guess she really is the "city girl" and I am the "country boy" (okay, "suburbs boy"). Anyway, we were having some construction work done in our condo community and the wife was re-keying our Smart Key System by Kwikset. She did something out of order per the instructions and suddenly the dead bolt stopped working. When my wife connected with William he said he'd be out in 30 minutes. Ala Domino's style he was there as promised. He expertly navigated through the chaos which was a congested alley where many condos (ours included) were being repiped. He was efficient, thorough and ended up giving me money back because he initially did incorrect math (based on how many locks were worked on and number of keys made) on the work performed. He explained how sensitive these particular smart keys are and that they really should be handled by a pro in regards to re-keying the locks. Additionally, he said your everyday Lowe's or Home Depot copy of a key used in these locks will -- "not cut the mustard" and cause similar malfunctions in the lock system. William is personable, prompt and fair...all great characteristics in someone you're doing business with. read more

After going to Home Depot who didn't have my blanks, then being overly quoted by Key.me, I went to Kwikeys and they were able to cut all my keys accurately and at a very fair price. Only place I go to get my keys done. I get all our keys made here for our stores. They imprint the keys with the store IDs for me. The service is always fast and friendly. It's a family business run by a gentlemen and his father. They are both extremely nice and professional. Both of them always go above and beyond for me. I always support a small business when I can. Keys are made fast and precise. They have anything you can possibly think of or need. They make do not duplicate keys for me.
