Actually, I often park here even if I need to walk the length of the town because everywhere is within reach in 'Killie' if you're on foot. If my husband is with me, we park for free with the disabled blue badge (there are some dedicated spaces); otherwise it's 60p for one hour, £1.10 for 2, or up to 4 hours £2.20 which is very inexpensive for this day and age! It's all on one level, so not huge, but I've never had trouble finding a space here. There's another car park nearby in any case. Either can be found by joining the one-way system. Travel up John Finnie St past the station and then continue round to the right. The car parks will be seen on the right soon afterwards.

There is a recycling bin at one end and toilets at the other, just next to the entrance of the main road. The surface of the car park is a bit uneven but I've seen worse! There are two other car parks in Maybole one at the station and the other at Inches Close I haven't used those myself so don't know what they're like.
