He sold my home in 17 hours, that must be some kind of record! He did multiple walk throughs of my property and told exactly what I needed to do to make my home look show home ready and he was right!! He even helped the buyers realtor do their job. He is an absolute professional and unbelievably knowledgeable on everything property and real estate related. He provided context I didn't even think I would need, like future development plans for the area surrounding the properties I was looking at. He had all my titles, covenants, historic sale information, etc., on hand. He was so thoughtful and truly cared about what I was looking for. I never once felt like my time was wasted. He would tell me if the sellers realtor was possibly hiding something about the property and would dig to make sure my interests were protected. He knew every detail of every home and neighborhood we looked it, and the likelihood was that he was the selling realtor for when the property was constructed and sold. And so we are clear...I never met Trevor before, he was not referred to me. I googled local realtors in Maple Ridge, looked at reviews and homes each were selling, and after calling/emailing multiple to book home viewings, I got lucky. Really really lucky! And he is not just a subject matter expert in Maple Ridge, he sold my home in Surrey BC in 17 hours, in a buyers market. I couldn't say enough glowing things about him.
