You can't get ahold of them for the life of you! I have been trying to order my son's senior…read morepictures for over two weeks now. The school warned me I would jump through hoops to get them. Here I am trying my hardest, while being as patient as possible. I have called several times, emailed several times and text them a few times. I received a reply through text days later and told them exactly what I wanted. They told me they would send me an invoice... crickets, once again. Their work is beautiful, but they have to much going on to handle it seems.

Doesn't seem to care about finished product…read more Sadly, we've seen this company for our youth football and youth wrestling teams for the last several seasons on Picture Day. Every year, the product we receive is a little worse than the one before. For this football season, Mark Thau was once again selected as the photographer of choice. What we got, after once again buying a decent size package, was a photo that: 1. looked photoshopped, 2. had huge, dark shadows on the side of our son's profile, and 3. was SO much darker than other people's photos that it felt like they used an exposure level to 'test' their set up on our photo. We are extremely disappointed in the product we got. We let them know that in an email two days ago; no response. When it comes time for our youth football board to select a photographer again next year, count me as one of the 'no' votes. Poor result, disinterested customer service. Overall, not worth the prices they charge.
