This is the first time in a while that I have watched Yuma's local news station due to the unprofessional and unorganized tech crew. I have to say this evening news on channel 11 was a delight to watch. Not only the anchorman and anchorwoman was professional, but the rest of the crew as well. Can we get an investigation into Yuma Hospital Emergency room. Wait for 6 hours to never be seen! Always 27 people in front of you and not that many even in the waiting area or many more than that. 3 times over last few weeks, 3 different people and NO ONE was seen. Each waiting 4 to 6 hours before just walking out (or carried out). Heart attack beginning, back broken flare up and infection. This is an outrage and why? After hours care in this town is a joke! You die waiting for emergency care! read more

Kyma does the worst job with their prime time break minutes. They do not know how to control the minutes the have available for news promos. Ruins the viewing of regular programming. read more

Yuma weather TV reporters: Why are they so bad???? All commonly use the phrase for weather "Out There". Well of course the weather is out there. Why don't they just watch national TV weather reporters and get some good examples of "Good Reporting"?? We(all in the family) have made it an almost daily commontery of how bad the Black Hawk TV Channels in Yuma and Imperial Valley really are in their reporting unprofessional styles. read more

I am shocked at how many times I try to watch the news on channel 11 and the sound and or the microphones do not work. Hard to understand why this happens so often. Tonight I watched the 20/20 I taped from last night and through out the show they kept cutting out in the middle of a sentence and all of a sudden going to a commercial....they had just returned from a commercial? This quality of service leaves much to be desired. I know the news team works hard. But the production needs help to produce a better result in your programming. read more

I was watching the evening edition of the local news tonite...the young reporter on the street was telling us about a shooting that took place earlier in the day....in fact, it happened at "NOON O'CLOCK" !!! I can not believe all the problems on all these Yuma channels! The people behind the scene can't seem to get the volume right or can't find the story the news casters are reporting on. The girls in the morning dress with only one kind of dress just different colors and short. All of the news casters can't read or pronounce words properly! Is there not some one there to get together with these people and show them their errors? I am not from AZ but I have been told these are learning channels, so teach them something! Teach them proper language, how to dress, and proper ways to act on the air!!!! read more

Channels 11,13, and 5 all run by the same group are such a joke. You are watching something and in the middle thet stop, go to commer ial and forget to go back . You never know what they Re goig to do, and neither do they. read more

This was a great station, but lately the HD on Direct TV is chopped off. We have only the center of the screen. I don'know if its Direct TV or Kyma. Since all the other stations are great I think the problem is at Kyma. read more
