My Name is Thierry Macé, My sister Régine Macé worked there for maybe 10 years... Mr Waltmann & Mrs. Waltmann are not nice people to work for. They stress their staff all the time and pay them nothing. My sister fell twice in the stairs at work and instead of declaring the facts to his insurance, he gave her cash so it would cheaper that way. These people are disgraceful, driving fancy cars and spending luxurious vacations on Island in the Indian ocean. My sister passed away recently and they sent a nice letter of condolences, but this is so hypocritical of them... Please don't shop there. Thank you! read more

Keine Frage, die Qualität ist - zumindest in Erlangen - unerreicht. Die Auswahl ist sehr groß, die Käse haben die beste Qualität und eine sehr gute Lagerung erfahren. Dies hat natürlich seinen Preis, ob dieser gerechtfertig ist kann ich als genießender Laie leider nicht beurteilen. Ich weiß nur, dass ich in diesem Laden nicht "einfach so" einkaufen kann, das lässt der Geldbeutel absolut nicht zu. Mein erster Kauf dort war ein Stück Parmesan, weil ich mir dachte "oh, Parmesan ist alle, um die Ecke gibt es doch einen Käseladen, da solltest du mal hinschauen" - schwupps war ich 10EUR los. Der Parmesan war aber auch wirklich super. read more
