L & J Gutters put gutters on the sides of our home and then promised to return to install pop-up valves in the front yard to help divert the rain. After a couple of weeks, I called and they again promised they would put me on their schedule and return to finish the job. I waited, and waited, and waited, but they never showed. Over the next year I called numerous times leaving messages along with several emails asking them to keep their word and return to install the pop-ups as promised. To date I have yet to hear from them, not even a courtesy call. They do good work, but never take them for their word. I am now having to acquire another installer to complete the job. So sad, because they seem like very nice folks. read more

Having a terrible time having someone follow up and communicate after the gutters were installed. They were not installed properly and holding water. Still trying to have someone follow up and communicate from L and J. We've been at this since October. Never again! read more
