The sales guy (Craig) was friendly and answered all our questions without being too pushy, he also had a sense of humour which is a bonus :D - shame more car dealers are not like him really! We had plenty of time to look around the car and take it for a test drive, then when we were ready to make an offer, the negotiation process was straight forward and we are very happy with our new SEAT Leon (including the added extras!) We also had the car back @ the dealer for some warranty in December, this was also a pleasant experience and handled with professionalism throughout. If anyone is thinking of buying a SEAT around this area, I would recommend you come here first.

This service at this dealership is awful and I strongly recommend you avoid. The sales side of it…read morewas great until we had to have the vehicle serviced and warranty issues addressed. The workshop manager has no customer service skills whatsoever and is simply rude. Our car received minor damage whilst on site. This was pointed out to the workshop manager before we even left the premises yet he refused to accept any responsibility. We will NEVER EVER deal with this dealership again and strongly recommend that if you buy a SEAT you go elsewhere to get it serviced and maintained.
